Our tour guide Jason did an amazing job telling us the history and lore of the places we visited, he is also super friendly and is always up to answer questions. The itinerary was well timed and was about the perfect amount of time for each place. All of the stops on our 3 days tour are absolutely beautiful and the fun facts and history provided by Jason helped us understand and appreciate the culture along with the beauty.

Overall, we had a great experience. The driver (Mike) was very friendly and welcoming, and provided interesting historical insights throughout the journey, making the tour even more enjoyable.

The landscapes of the Scottish Highlands were breathtaking, and the pace of the tour meant we had plenty of time at each stop to stretch our legs, take photos, and soak in the views without ever feeling rushed. And of course, getting up close and personal to meet and feed the iconic Highland cows (the true 'hairy coos') was a magical bucket-list moment!If you are looking for a fun, engaging, and well-organized way to see the best of Scotland, look no further. We did the 12 hour Scottish Highlands tour with The Hairy Coo and it was one of the highlights of our whole trip. Our driver, Fraser, made the entire experience. My 11 year old son was glued to every story he told. By the end of the day my son said Fraser was the best storyteller he'd ever met. He said listening to the history of Scotland's battles made him feel like he was actually there.

The scenery was stunning, the bus was very comfortable for such a long day, and the stops were genuinely well chosen. Fraser taught us so much, not just history, but bits of Scottish language and music too. It never felt like a lecture, just a great storyteller sharing what he loves.

My only small note: at the very start of the tour we stopped at a spot for breakfast and packed lunches. The view was lovely, but there wasn't much for those of us who'd already eaten to do while we waited. If we'd known in advance that this would be the first stop, we might have skipped breakfast at the hotel and eaten there instead. A small thing, and it didn't take away from the day at all.

Fraser gets 5+ stars from us, and the tour itself a full 5 stars. Highly recommend, and we'd book with them again without hesitation.

A wonderful day! You could really see so much in just one day. Personally I would have loved to explore more, but now I know where to go and spend a few days. I would definitely book with Marco again, he knows a whole lot about clan history and has great humor :)

Yesterday our excellent tour guide and driver, Michael, took us to a distillery (where we really liked their 18 year and purchased one bottle, we would have bought more if we had space), to see hairy coos and a beautiful loch. Michael was witty, funny, and provided great information for our stay in Edinburgh. I hope to do another tour soon!

Paul S is the best driver to ever exist. Funny, tons of stories and dry jokes that make you laugh out loud. Love the guy!!!

Had a great experience with our Tour Guide- Paul. He gave us enough information and some great music to hear. The stops were enough to have a good taste of Scotland.

Thanks Ben for taking us through some great sights around the surrounding towns of Edinburgh for the 1-Day Rosslyn Chapel, Wallace Monument & Dunfermline Abbey Tour. The locations on the tour was unique and loved the historic architecture of the chapels and abbeys, as well as your humour along the way. Would have loved to stop at the Kelpies too for the "secret stop" as mentioned on Getyourguide, but at least we did a drive by to see some of it.

The ground crew directed us where we needed to be when we first arrived. Both the driver and tour guide were lovely. Our driver seemed confident behind the wheel which made us feel safe and comfortable.

Being an Edinburgh local our tour guide Ryan was knowledgeable and understanding of other cultures which seem to intermingle with Scottish history and his stories.

The man is very funny and entertaining, I didn't know I was booking a stand up comedian alongside my tour.

For being our first tour guided trip, my Partner and I would like to say cheers to the Hairy Coo Team.
