Continued fantastic support from Gary, to go along with the equally fantastic results being experienced through the ongoing treatment! Beard pretty much 100% back to normal.

I am truly thankful for all the help I’ve gotten. It is a lucky coincidence that I found out about the treatments from The Hair Loss Centre.

Gary is always very helpful and lovely to deal with. He gives you straight answers to any questions/concerns and we are very happy with his products. My Son has seen a good improvement a year after starting treatment and Gary calls him once a month to discuss things. I highly recommend Gary.

The Hair Centre has been extremely helpful to me and made me feel so much better about something that had been a big insecurity for me in the past. The staff are all lovely and always available to help whenever it’s needed.

During lockdown I had FaceTime appointments with Gary at The Hair Centre. It was convenient and time effective to have this occasionally. As usual, Gary was able to give me the correct advice and information. It is always a pleasure to see him.

I have just started the treatment with Gary hence it is too early to say anything in terms of wether the treatment is working or not. However delivery of the two serums which Gary suggested came quick. Also Gary is very friendly and approachable. I will keep you posted in three months time wether it is worth the money as the treatment is very expensive. Fingers crossed.

Unfortunately it did not work for me. Over 2 years of using different solutions there was zero change.

I asked Gary to supply me a different/stronger solution and it took 3 months to be supplied (because of COVID I was told) and the new solution also did nothing after 6 months of use.

I have not heard from Gary for a check up since May 2020 and I have asked for a refund or partial refund but no reply from him.

Ultimately, this was a severe waste of money and I believe from very early on Gary knew it would not work for me and my type of hair.

Please seek professional, medical advice and treatment if you really want to see a change in your hair loss issues. Thank you.

The product works !! It just takes time

The delivery was on time, the items I ordered are really helpful for my scalp. There has been a huge improvement since I started using their products.

I have noticed that I was losing my hair and wanted to do something about it, so a friend of mine introduced me to the hair centre. I have to say am glad they did, the staff were understanding and discreet and help me with the right treatment to start to regain my hair. I can now see the improvement and I am very happy.

Gary is kind, jovial and hospitable. You immediately feel welcome in his professional hands, as he displays an immediate knowledge and understanding of afro hair. My daughter had patches of non-growth which had been misdiagnosed as "allergic reactions". Gary quickly got to the bottom of the issue, prescribing shampoo, medication and ointment.
Improvements were visible in a few weeks and complete recovery in about 3 months. I would highly recommend him as a talented trichologist who knows his craft.
