I decided to give these guys a try as they were a lower cost option than my previous UK supplier of Hot Toys. I placed a few pre-orders over a few months. I always feel nervous doing that with a new supplier since there is such a long gap between giving them your deposit and the item arriving, but I thought the deposit was a low percentage and it was worth a go.

I am pleased to say late last week I received the first of my ordered figures in perfect condition and in exactly the timescales they committed to when requesting the balance of the payment.

Very pleased and I will be placing more orders with them.

May be worth noting to some that the figure didn't come with the brown shipper box, which didn't worry me, but I know it can others so if it does I suggest you let them know.

I placed pre-orders for two figures and one of them arrived safely and was very well packaged. Everything was in perfect condition and I’m really happy with my purchase.

I have to admit that at first I was a little cautious, as communication seems to be mainly through email and there isn't a phone number or physical shop address readily available. However, based on my experience so far, I can say that they have been responsible, reliable and trustworthy.
