We have been trading online since 2006 and have vast experience in the gift trade as a whole, so we firmly believe that we can provide the kind of quality service and product you would expect to find anywhere. Despite the fact that we completed tens of thousands of online transactions, we are still very much a family company and aim to stay that way. The reason that we can give you fantastic products at such great prices is that by selling it direct, we don't need to add on any extra margin to cover costs. This way we both win; we get the sale and you get a high quality item often at a lot less than you would pay in the shops! Excellent

The quality of the Jacob Jones Shoe Polish Kit was exceptional, and exceeded my expectations! It was beautifully packed and the recipient was very impressed! It was shipped within hours and arrived in plenty of time for my friend's birthday. When I contacted Thegiftery, to ask some questions about the product, they were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!

Swift service, quality products

After reading some of the reviews on here I was somewhat concerned about ordering. So I just ordered one stackers jewellery tray to go with my collection as it was nearly 30% cheaper than anywhere else.
It arrived within 3 days over the busy Christmas period as promised, nicely packaged with stackers tissue paper & great product which matches perfectly! Why pay more & go anywhere else?
Would definitely recommend & will use again in the future.

WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN

A few weeks ago, I bought an expensive leather cufflinks box. After a few days, the snap broke without any reason, leaving the box useless (It won't close any more...). Even though it is obviously a quality issue (and the seller acknowledged it after I sent a picture), the seller won't exchange the FAULTY PRODUCT at his expense, and WON'T ACCEPT A REFUND.

After a long time exchanging emails without any result, I finally posted a review on the seller's Facebook page. Not being able to answer properly to my public request, TheGiftery preferred to delete all of its other reviews in order to HIDE THE ISSUE.

Both behaviours are utterly unacceptable, and I strongly advise anyone seeking quality product and correct customer service to AVOID PURCHASING ON THEGIFTERY.

ANSWER TO THE SELLER'S ANSWER

It is brilliant how you stay dishonest year after year.
The product became faulty DAYS after the purchase.
I never said you deleted your Facebook page, I said you deceivingly preferred to delete all of your Facebook reviews just to hide mine, then changed it back when I posted why you did it!
You talk about an address in Russia, which is also a false information: the address was in France. Since the costs of sending it back, for you as well as for me, were nearly as high as the price of the product, it obviously did not make any sense. Which is why I asked for a refund, having showed with photos that THE PRODUCT YOU HAD SENT ME WAS FAULTY AND UNUSABLE.

THANKS FOR HELPING ME SHOW HOW DECEITFUL YOU CAN BE.

We are really sorry that the customer felt let down. We are always happy to replace items at our expense and have a free returns service just for this purpose.

In this instance, the customers product became faulty some months after he purchased it, and was asking us to collect it and reship it to an address in Russia, despite purchasing it in the UK. We offered him numerous options, including us collecting it from an address at the time and place of his choosing the next time he was in the UK, but he rejected our offer. I can also confirm that at no stage have we ever deleted our Facebook page.

The offer of a replacement still stands.
