Excellent Customer Service
Easy online shopping, quick response, and shipping. They went above and beyond when there was a delivery issue that was NO FAULT of The Fossil Exchange. They contacted me quickly, and we were able to correct the issue on my end, and the product was delivered to me within a couple of days. Great customer service.
