If I could give a 0 start I would. I bought an arrangement with a coffee mug, ballon and flowers and wrote a sweet card for a birthday. I also paid extra to delivery early. The order that arrived showed up late, no mug,ballon and the card was not what I wrote. Do not use this company their costumer service was awful gave me a 20% credit then after multiple emails 25%. The right thing would be to pay me back for all the missing items. Save your money consider another option.

My niece was in an accident. She was admitted to Vernon hospital. So we chose, the flower shop. Not knowing g when my niece would we return we purchased a flower arrangement. They where in constant contact and felt very sincere about the well being of her. Because of the delays with my nieces return, the original flowers had a special rose that only get delivered once a week. By the time we could deliver those flowers were gone. Which was fine. However they went above and beyond with 2 more arrangements which were more than the original purchase. 10/10 in every way

As I informed you in the email I sent, the bouquet I ordered and the one we received had no relation in quality or price. It wasn't even pretty!
