The service and communication with The Flooring Masters has been excellent.I found their pricing to be very competitive and their delivery and packaging was first rate. Special mention for Harry who dealt with all our questions and was delight to deal with. I would highly recommend this company and would have no hesitation to use them again in the future.

The Flooring Masters kept the customer experience their priority and delivered the flooring material at a timescale ahead of my expectations. The product quality was excellent and the sales contact was efficient, thoughtful, and made the process of initially ordering and then adding a further order seamless.

I was looking for a natural looking engineered floor and despite receiving countless samples from the usual online retailers I couldn’t find one that I liked. I decided an unfinished floor was the best option and came across The Flooring Masters. With time against me I reached out to them to ask if they had any ‘real life’ images of unfinished flooring. Harry kindly sent over several options with images via WhatsApp and a quote followed shortly after. Less than a week from initial contact to delivery. The flooring looks great. My builder was impressed with the quality too.

I recently purchased herringbone flooring from The Flooring Masters and honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. The quality of the flooring is excellent – it looks incredibly realistic and adds a really premium feel to the space. The herringbone pattern in particular gives a classic, high-end finish that completely transformed the room.

Harry was very helpful, responsive and got me a great deal.

We ordered large wide plank invisible lacquered engineer wooden planks and they are stunning. The quality is amazing, Harry from the flooring masters was great in sourcing the floor that we wanted and they even stored the planks for a few weeks until we were ready to get the floor fitted. Couldn’t recommend enough!
