Lots of great people to connect with and surround yourself with like minded individuals seeking to improve themselves.

I am enjoying the program thus far as there is all the information and support needed to be successful. It's a lot of information to get through but it's well done, with interactive enthusiasm and provides support through accountability calls.

Julia has been an incredible source of knowledge and I'm very confident that this is going to be a successful venture.

I have been in the program a little more than one week and it is already paying off! A lot of information really good explained by Jake in detail, helpful material to make it easy on the searching, and the most important it's a beautiful community working together to make you feel part of it. Sam is super dedicated, helpful and solving all your questions on the meantime. Julia following up every time on my progress makes it super easy. I already have a house undercontract in my first week thanks to all their information.

Highly recommended if you are looking for a change in your life.

I became a Flip Secrets Masterclass student during Thanksgiving week and had many other priorities happening during the holidays in December too. The wonderful thing about the Flip Secrets Masterclass is that it's a "Learn at Your Own Pace" education. I thought I'd feel pressure to stay on a fast pace like many other students are on but I've been able to make my own schedule.
I've had amazing support from my Accountability Coach who helps me weekly stay on track. She gives me great personal advice and understands when I am falling a little behind because of other priorities. She has awesome suggestions that help keep me headed on the right path. She builds my confidence and after speaking with her once per week, I feel like, and know, I'll do well!
The Flip Secrets Masterclass is giving me all of the tools I need to meet my financial goals in real estate investing.

I was skeptical at first, but I’m so glad I made the decision and went with the mentorship at Flip Secret Family . Everyone from your Success Advisor’s all the way to the community. everybody’s there to help and encourage you. It’s been really good and I was kind of worried because I thought I was gonna be doing this on my own, but you’re not on your own, you have so much support. It truly is a great program and it’s so detailed from the basics all the way to the advance. Jake doesn’t miss a thing.

The program is great. It really teaches you everything you need to know to flip houses. I’m not completely finished yet but when I have a question either a later lesson answers it or someone in the community does!

Jake is a very thorough and battle tested flipper and flip instructor. If you want to learn to flip with other peoples money this is the #1 tutorial and community on the market. Don't be surprised if you find other income opportunities while learning how to flip as well.

I'm so thankful I found this program. The amount of information available instantly is overwhelming. I can't say enough goods things about Jake, his passion, energy, and sincerity are genuine! Because of this, the community you have access to is just as genuine... everyone is supporting each other in their journey.
It's not a program for anyone that needs their handheld, and you definitely need to create a presence for yourself, especially on multiple social media platforms.

One of the most detailed and thorough RE Flip trainings I have done. They hand hold you every step of the way to learn the skills to enable you to be successful. I'm not even half way through the training and I feel that I've learned enough to be successful. Very glad I connected with Flip Secrets.

Flipp secret mentorship program is second to none in real estate,after me been part of so many other real estate groups

My experience with Flip Secrets has been nothing short of amazing! From the first time I heard one of Jake’s seminars and the smooth process that went through the on boarding and training portion has been amazing. I can’t say enough good things about Flip Secrets.

Run. Run as fast as you can. I regret the day Jordan Faria called me to sell this crap. He never flipped a home, but told me I certainly should. I signed up for the program at 12K on the FLIP SECRETS payment plan. It’s one they push. They said they offer this so anyone can do it. It is total BS. They use lenders who will put you in a worse situation. They are very aware of who THEY utilize for a kickback. At $500 per month, nine months later, my balance today is still $10,345.43. TOTAL SCAM.

When concerns are raised, their response to poor reviews always shifts the blame to the customer. They don’t take responsibility. They will offer details down to time stamps to make themselves look “innocent”, but fail to claim their roll in anything they do…including PUSHING THEIR PAYMENT PROGRAM OR “SCHOLARSHIP”. They may claim I sought out a lender, but I didn’t even know lenders were a thing for their “enrollment fees” of 12K upwards of 20K. It was literally their suggestion and “solution” when I hesitated to join. That’s how they worked to suck me in after I showed resistance. But they will find a way to shift the blame.

If they aren’t amplifying their customer’s life, they aren’t a coach. They are a CON ARTIST.

They said they had my back when I shared the reasons why this program may not be a good fit. Yeah, they had my back - to skin it... If you like your money, stay away from this program. All the information is online. Literally. I should have taken heed to the x-employee who posted a WARNING review.

Yes, I told Jordan and the coaches this program was not for me in week ONE. I shared similar reasons with Jordan before I joined. Funny how they gloss over that. It’s all about Flip Secrets padding their pockets and offering a cut to all of the crooks who help them, including their recruiters and lenders.

I have no intention of completing this program. Flip Secrets knows it because I let them know immediately. I only explored 20% of it, yet they insist I continue to pay for something I will never be able to use. That's not customer service. That customer extortion. The resources they said they used to onboard me were basically a handful of deceptive sales pitch calls. They all said oh well, you’re stuck with the program when I reached out to staff for help. I was literally in tears. They really didn't care.

Flip Secrets cares about their Revenue more than the Results of their customers.

I told them to STOP sending me their marketing emails trying to sell more. It’s all about sales for them, and they push a broken system. Their Discord group is so inactive when evaluating the number of people actually in the group. Before I left the group (for faith-based reasons), I saw complaints related to funding the flip.

I didn’t solicit Flip Secrets. They offered one thing (a free calculator) and pushed something completely different (their 20K basic course which I got for their false scholarship of 12K).

They have done enough damage. They feel clever trying to offset the blame and shame customers who complain. They say payments are not their domain but it’s one of their main selling strategies. Shame on them for pointing the finger to others when they are the culprit.

What you won’t find on their reviews are successful flippers. They want member’s money. They are HEARTLESS AND COLD towards member’s experience. Just push back on something. You’ll find out.

I love the fact that the lessons are very informative and educational. The support from the team via group calls is phenomenal. Jake's programme is a great program. It's worth your time and effort and money.

This company actually does as advertised.

I've been part of Flip Secrets for about a month and I love everything about this program. They provide you with all the training and tools you need to be successful when investing in value add properties. The program has also created a very valuable community which allows you to network, ask questions, and find deals with likeminded investors. I highly recommend Flips Secrets to anyone looking to get into real estate investing whether you need the tools to make it happen or just need a push to get the ball rolling, its worth the investment!

What made my experience better is getting out and building a network and going through with a flip while 3/4 way in the program. I think Jake is doing a wonderful job.
