Great content and training resources.

Flip secrets gave me the hope I needed that I can in fact have the life I want if I put the work in and follow the steps given to me. I’m a little less than a month in, and I’ve already made offers and have gotten 2 under contract. My first day in training, I had two preapproval offers for hard money lenders, BOTH offered up to or over 1 million dollars. I know if I keep going, I can finally quit my job and spend my days focused on my kids and elderly mother.

I have been in the program for about 9 months now and have not made a flip, due to me not putting in enough of my time and effort. Jake and his team do a great job at teaching about the real estate business and give good tips and tricks on the business, would recommend to other people in the future even though I have not made a flip yet I have learned a lot but have not put it to effect personally so, so nothing to do with them.

The course is great. I feel like Jake set us up with absolutely everything we need to be successful. As a teacher, he did great in the way he taught. He taught in a way where everything was simple and easy to understand

The Flip Secrets is by far the best program out there if you truly wanna make your way into real estate.

Jake teaches everything from A-Z, but they also have 18-20 live zoom calls a week where you can underwrite your deals, ask questions if your stuck, network with other investors, lenders, etc…

It’s also worth mentioning that I’m one of the very few Foreign National investors, meaning I have no Credit in the states (just recently building my business credit), no SSN, etc. regardless, I was approved by both HML & Gap lenders when I needed it.

So far I have had an amazing experience. I have an awesome accountability coach that calls once a week and answers any questions I might have. He keeps me motivated.

I love the community we have the opportunity to be part of. It’s incredibly beneficial to share ideas and learn from one another.

The thing that makes the Flip Secrets program so awesome is the they have anticipated every single question, hiccup, obstacle you might encounter and conversation you will need to have and built in an answer, remedy, plan, and script to set you up for success. Where there is no direct solution, they have caring and invested men and women ready to engage at every step of the process from screening, sign up and onboarding, to training and implementation. The catch is you have to actually do it! If you don’t try, you won’t know that they have provided everything you need to be successful or at least shown you how to solve the problems you will face on your own. Flipping houses is something that I have dreamt about for decades. After finding the intro training Jake offered for $7 I had all my questions answered and actually put in an offer on a house just based off the confidence of being informed. But, we paid for the Masterclass anyway on the off chance that maybe there was more to it. (Smile). Boy am I glad we did! There is no way to quantify what we have received from the Flip Secrets staff, mentors, partners, and community members. It was not a light decision. We did not have the money. But I would do it again, only this time without the fear that I might be making a wrong choice. I am so grateful to Jesus Christ for inspiring this training and leading me to it! Anyone who is willing to learn about the real estate investment business AND grab hold of the strategies AND put them into practice WILL be blessed with success! Fast tracks you into the real estate world. community is great. ppl lack on asking questions and get frustrated. be vulnerable ask questions. we were all new to this at one point. i would recommend adding into the modules for extended holding cost, builders' insurance, utilities, etc, closing cost, running number 70% of ARV - rehab and thats your PP. stay save and conservative. however the flip fam has been fantastic!

The structures for success are here in Flip Secrets. I have been seeking a way to get involved in Real Estate investing for a lot of years. When I chose to say yes to participate in the dynamic training, I was welcomed by so many fellow minded investors. The training presents key distinctions to get in action on immediately. Flip Secrets provides accountability calls once a week that are perfect to help create small and big goals and assist to keep on track with the goals. The completion of the training provides the ability to go out into your own world and network and get in action. However, there is an amazing network within Flip Secrets that is supportive, generative, and ready to partner with goals to accomplish big things in the time frame. Putting in the work, as is encouraged within the network is about building something for yourself, just not by yourself. The network calls that are provided to be able to talk about the smallest details to the biggest ideas is what really cemented joining Flip Secrets. I am so glad I did. I am now doing daily what seemed impossible before.

Flip Secret was an excellent investment. The content is well organized and self-paced. By the end I learned how to build and manage my team, setup my lead generation, and find funding for 100% of the project.
The bonus is the support from a community of coaches and other investors to network with and share experiences and advice.
I recommend this for anyone looking to overcome the obstacles in investing, whether you are new or experienced.

I joined flip secrets 7 months ago. This has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I have learned a ton since joining the group. Since joining flip secrets I have closed on 3 properties. Those 3 properties are protected to profit 160K. Two of the properties I used the OPM method. I did not have to use a dime of my own money to fund the deals. I watched Jake on instagram for a while before I joined and all I kept hearing him say was using other people’s money. I was like, this is too good to be true! Well I’m here to tell you it’s true! I love that I'm able to watch Jake's coaching videos at my own pace and rewatch all of them. We also have live Zoom calls for questions and demonstrations 6 days a week and multiple times a day. The trainers (yes multiple ones) really get to know you and I've gotten know them too. Everyone truly cares! I have also learned how to use Hard Money Lenders and Gap Lenders to get Fix and Flips completely covered! 💯 I love, love, love this real estate coaching program! ❤️ It has changed my life and my way of thinking over the last 8 months! 🤩

The program is very well thought out it doesnt matter if you have any experience in real estate plenty of learning material showing how to implement your goals and keep moving foward to be successful

They are very concerned about me knowing my craft then anything else before I move on to doing and deals. It’s imperative that I go through all the classes first which makes sense when you go through the classes. I can also always go back to it for reference and it’s way cheaper than other courses that I’ve taken or been a part of. They also have you be a part of a community with like minded people and they are actually doing deals and they know what they are talking about.

I have learned so much from Jake’s videos and more importantly I’m building my confidence in the real estate business. Contractors, lenders and my realtors are taking me more seriously because I have the resources, scripts and knowledge to back it up. I’m so grateful for the flip secrets community.
