Since joining flip secrets master class October my experience has been a game changer,my coach Julia always consistent ,supportive and following up and make sure I stay on track.she would not make anyone get lost-her guidance keep momentum going .Cumminity is one of the biggest strengths.everyone shares value /learning faster and easier when ever I am stuck someone in group always step in with right info .As for sam always shows up with the zoom,breaking things down step by step making sure practical examples,making sure we actually understand and strategie not just listen them.Because all the support building confidence,clarity real skills in the flipping business.If I had to sum in one sentence :your are not just learning you’re surrounded supported and pushed to grow.

Holy flipping cow, Flip Secrets turned me from a real estate rookie into a deal-slinging dynamo in just one week! I submitted my first offer on a fix-and-flip property and now work with a hard money lender straight from their network—talk about speed dating for dollars.

This program is shamelessly rigged for success - it’s idiot proof. Jake literally hands you the cheat codes on camera: “Here’s the exact script, here’s the calculator, here’s the phone number of a lender who’s easy to talk to.” It’s like taking a test where the teacher whispers every answer in your ear while high-fiving you.

Jake’s videos are binge-worthy gold; he literally spoon-feeds you the answers, word-for-word scripts for schmoozing lenders (I carry the hard-money-lender script in my phone like it’s the nuclear codes), and a flip calculator that analyzes deals in five minutes flat. Bonus: All formulas are unlocked, so you can geek out and tweak like a mad scientist without breaking anything. I can now look at a dilapidated crack house and know within minutes whether it’s a good deal or not.

But the real MVP? The community. I’ve got an accountability mentor, Jake himself, a swarm of investors to brainstorm with, and Corey Stringer—my personal cheerleader who texts back faster than a caffeinated squirrel. Corey answers texts faster than my own mother and celebrates my tiny wins like I just cured cancer, lol.

One week in, and I’m dropping lingo that makes me sound like Gordon Gekko’s funnier cousin. Doors are flying open: Friends and family are suddenly tossing cash my way. Ed has been very helpful and there whenever I’ve needed him and weekly accountability. Definitely enjoy talking with him and how knowledgeable he is.

I was given a warm welcome from the start and continue to have my belief in this dream to build my dream. The course is very thorough and easy to put into action. Every step of the way someone is there with advice and encouragement. I feel I’ve found the complete plan to reach every goal to change lives. Thank you for all the time this team has taken so no can fail, I believe in the path they have carved out where so many have failed . If you don’t come out a stronger person with a deeper understanding of achieving even the most basic way to close real estate deals I would be shocked. And Jake’s fix and flip has been THE BEST PROGRAM , OMG I LOVE IT .
I was already loosing faith and very, frustrated
I was about to give up , and upset of all the money I’ve spent , however, thanks to Jake’s program I feel so much better now, with Ed My mentor he is the best mentor , I love this program , step by step so clear on every lesson .

I have always wanted to learn how to flip houses. But I didn't know how to go about doing it until I found Flip Secrets. The training is spectacular and Jake makes it fun and interesting the way he teaches. The people that I have met are very helpful. I am so looking forward to my first flip. There is so much information to be learned. I could write a book about my journey towards flipping houses.

The Master Class is great for beginners trying to break into the fix and flip business. Very informative and motivating. Real estate investing is nuanced and very time consuming, so don't think this is an easy way to make fast money. You really do need to follow all of the steps and put in a lot of time and effort and do your own research, but Flip Secrets helps you a ton to streamline the process and not waste time. The mentor and Discord community is AMAZING and so supportive. Everyone is really there to help each other and answer questions. There is a wealth of information and resources available for any scenario or question you have. Worth it for serious investors who are starting out.

There’s a wealth of knowledge and information. Also love the fact that they have a real and active group to bounce ideas, network and get help, and helps with getting and closing deals. I’m not fully done with the course only been in the course/group for 3weeks and am already confident and feel ready to get a house flipped asap.

Very informative and great open communication .

I have been in many programs before. Jack's program is void of the hype and smoke and mirrors. I feel that is what most people need. Start with that and advance as you go. So yes I would HIGHLY recommend Jack's programs as someone that has gone on to doing more then 10 successful Flipps after taking Jacks course.

Whoa!!! Complete with everything put together to make sense with tons of help that always gets back to you in short order. They have all the pieces from a to z and how you step by step how to do. This is the best class that I have taken. -- How to get financing was always a problem and that is solved here.

Jacob taught me something about real estate i didnt find out on my own. I could do this from anywhere just being me and looking up different places. I felt like i could have been started my journey years ago with just a few things to implement.

My wife and I joined Flip Secrets in 2024 after doing a ton of Reddit research about Jake and cold calling strangers who had paid for the program. Everything was positive so we moved forward. I can say without hesitation that the program gives you the right information, confidence and resources needed to be successful flipping a house. They will not do the work for you but they'll teach you how to do the work and you put in the effort. We purchased a home out of state, completed the project and sold it for a profit. Doesn't get any better than that. We highly recommend the program if you want to learn how to flip and are willing to put in the work!

Great for helping to get you started with the basic understanding of house flipping. The people in the community are great and helpful as well. The only improvement in my opinion would be to figure in one on one 1 hr mentor zoom meetings. But all in all they are fantastic.
