I was foolish enough to trust this company, under their newer name (which they clearly set up after seeing the low rating here) twice.

First time I bought four on the special 2 for the price of 1 offer, and managed to cancel/get a refund (probably because I involved my bank) when I noted that "full" is actually cot-sized and misrepresented on the website.

Second time I foolishly bought 2 of the "queen" sized ones as I needed two blankets for two adults, ie. "singles". Was told that they had been delivered when they had not. When I raised this with the company I got a reply from "Annie" advising me that according to the tracking it had been delivered (yes, that is why I got in touch- it was a lie), to check with the members of my household of my husband and I, or neighbours of my remotely located home in the middle of nowhere.

In review:
• The company claims to ship locally (in the UK).
• The company claims to be based in Switzerland.
• Shipments are from China.
• Non-receipt is the customer's responsibility to resolve.
• According to other reviewers returns are to be made to Germany at the buyer's expense, even if the issues leading to a return are the responsibility of the seller.

Advice: always use a credit card and do not trust these people. If they have to change their company name and pretend that they do not have Trustpilot ratings to be able to keep doing business- they are not worth the risk.

Fraudulent company. If I could leave zero stars I would.
First their website fails to state that their products myst be returned to Germany. That alone would have stopped me from ordering.

The worst part is the blankets are feet smaller than advertised. The king is the size of a full and the full is the size of a crib blanket.

They waited a week to respond to my request for a return to which they tried to justify the small sizes.

According to others online (wish I saw those reviews before buying) and their own return policy, they must have the return from 30 days of your receipt and not 30days from when the return was okayed.

Leaving me less than 20 days to get it back to them and hope they will give me money back. Which it sounds like they don’t really do. That and international shipping in the timeframe given will cost around $100. So is it even worth it?

Products ship out of China, zero quality control, difficult and unreasonable return policy.

First thing I thought of when I opened my full size blanket is how small it is ...look at the measurements( beware) ! Second the material is like a shower curtain and when they say its light the air goes right through it ....plus to send it back you have to pay the shipping fee all the way back to Germany...what a joke not happy and stuck with some crappy throws .

These blankets advertise being large enough to cover a queen bed. They are the size of a lap blanket. They say they are prewashed and when you contact them to return they email back telling you should wash them and they will get bigger. They state in their return policy they take returns within 30 days but only unwashed items in the original packing. It’s a bait and switch. Their website hides the negative reviews about size. Items shipped from China. Don’t buy

After waiting almost a month for delivery. The blanket is no larger than a youth bed. Certainly will not fit a regular size bed. Fabric is very thin and scratchy even after washing and dryer. Certainly not what was expected.

My wife ordered two queen sized blankets. When the order arrived we discovered there blankets were twin size blankets. So my wife alerted the company of their mistake. She has tried multiple times to simply replace these twins for the ordered size of queen! Fleece has done nothing to make this right!! My wife has sent pictures, measurements, etc.,. as proof the blankets received were twin sized instead of the ordered queen. Terrible customer service!!! So now we have two blankets that do not fit any beds in our home, AND the company has our money!!!

I received two very small (definitely not Full sized blankets I ordered, which are throws at best They are the size of my dogs blankets. Also they took a long time too reach me.
When I finally got a response, I was given an address in GERMANY to return the throws to. I was told to be more careful in my "measuring".
I used SHOP Affirm; four payments have been taken. I have alerted my bank.....Affirm was no help!!!!!

Wrong color sent. Thin material. Full size is a small SQUARE peice of material. Outrageous price even at half off. I would never buy this if I hadn't of been so deceived!

LIKE THE OTHERS ID WISH I HAD READ THE PROPPER REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING, SO NOW £54 DOWN, NOT FIT FOR A BLOODY RABBIT LET ALONE MY DOG! APPALLING DISGUSTING BEHAIVIOUR!!

I just received my product today and I’m 5‘4“ and if I have a full one at my neck, my feet won’t be covered. I just read the return policy is very difficult and expensive. I’m very disappointed with this purchase.

Awful company! Ordered 2 for 1 blanket,only one turned up. Company won’t respond to emails and the is no address or contact number. Total scam. Ordered queen size,but comes up as single.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I am very disappointed in the blankets. I ordered full size and it does not even cover the top of the bed. It is more the size of a twin.The sizes are misrepresented on the website (using King, Queen, Full, etc. descriptions yet the measurements do not match those sizes). They are also very thin and flimsy. I’m surprised in the positive reviews. Now I know why they said they have an overabundance and offered a big discount. Still not worth the price. I’ll chalk this up to buying online from an unknown company. Do not recommend.

Buyers beware, received my queen cotton muslin blankets yesterday. They are not queen size 60”x 48”. Very disappointed. The only use I have for them will be dog throw blankets for the floor. Such a waste of money.

I ordered queen size blankets (2 for 1 deal) and received single blankets. Sent the company photos of the blankets on our queen size bed showing that they were in fact singles, have followed up several times by email, as well as the online form on their website and haven't had the decency of a response. It's totally disgusting and seeing I'm not the only one, is a real concern (but also a comfort), however I really don't want anyone else to be scammed by them! What do we do? Who can we escalate this to?

the blankets and pajamas are very very small. bought large and its more like an American Small. Very difficult to return. Check sizes.

Blanket that was supposed to fit a twin size bed was the size of a crib/throw. The one for a queen size bed was more like a twin. For the price I paid I am very unsatisfied. Also took a long time to actually receive the blankets. About a month!

So disappointed ~ I ordered 2 blankets. The sizing is wrong and much smaller than advertised. The pink is not an accurate colour. The beige came plucked in many areas. The chemical smell when arrived was awful. Just thin rags.
I also ordered 2 PJs. The lemon was a lovely colour but ridiculously small. The green arrived as a washed out grey colour and again a small just about fit my 11 year old daughter. Don’t waste your money. Impossible to return and bad reviews on their site disappear.

I wish I could give it 0 stars 3 months since I placed my order and still nothing

There is another The Fleece Company set of reviews on here, not sure if it is a different/valid company, but I think they are the same and just have a lot of FAKE reviews. Also, the companies official website has only 5-star reviews...all obviously FAKE. The queen blankets I ordered are NOT even Twin size and they are very thin and CHEAP. They will not respond to my email asking to return them. I am going to disuput it with my credit card company. They are a SCAM!!! Do NOT order from them, I have learned my lesson.

I ordered a queen sized blanket that was supposed to be 60 inches wide (still a little narrow for two people to use on a queen sized bed and not fight over it). When I got it it was only 47in and didn't even come close to reaching each side. The customer service process is a nightmare. They kept asking me to send more pictures with a tape measure and that the blanket didn't look like it was stretched out all the way. It is a decent sized couch blanket.
