Vid retur ska kunden bekosta returen till Kina . Hittar ingen svensk adress till Fjord Comfort.

Jag köpte två äkta läderjackor som skulle åldras och bli vackrare med tiden. Det som skickades var en produkt gjord av PU vilket är en plast och inte läder.
Storleken var 2 till tre gånger mindre än väntat.

Vid retur så får man skicka till China vilket är väldigt dyrt. Jag vägrade detta och fick hjälp av Klarna. Ärendet avslutat efter 6 månaders kamp och ikväll åker jackorna till återvinningen. Deras kundtjänst svarar inte längre så jag hoppas detta företag har upphört.

Köpte ett par byxor som vid leverans inte alls såg ut som på bilden, kinaplast. Lyckades efter mycket tjat till kundtjänst få en adress för att kunna returnera men returfrakten får man stå för själv.

I am absolutely shocked at what I have received - it actually makes me laugh. I ordered a "Lifelike UV-Resistant Artificial Boston Fern" what I got was the cheapest and nastiest looking piece of plastic - not to mention the size is entirely misrepresented online. Do not buy from these fraudsters.
