Can’t praise Matt and his employees…
Can’t praise Matt and his employees enough. They have been servicing our pond for 5 years and have always been knowledgeable and professional in everything they do and sell. Recently my pond was losing water and after many weeks of trying to find the problem, I spoke to Matt over the phone and with some videos and photos, Matt was able to direct me to where the problem was, and I was able to fix it myself. Matt was very patient and definitely knows his ponds! A very happy and relieved customer.

In store service is great too!
Normally I purchase goods online from The Fish Works, and their service and delivery time has been excellent. Last week I wanted to purchase some Koi as well as other goods so I called into their store. The lady who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. I always have a great experience when dealing with The Fish Works

Great products and great service
Their website was easy to use and we were able to easily find what we were looking for and our order was processed and delivered in a good time frame.
We have ordered from this company in the past and really appreciate also being able to call and speak to someone when needing advice or more information about a product. We’ve always found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable.

Online service is easy and with prompt delivery and if you prefer personal service and visit the fish works personally it is excellent. Great selection of pond products and amazing fish selection with friendly and knowledgable staff. I with they weren't so far to travel too from where I live.

ONE VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND HONEST COMPANY.
After many, many years my HiBlow 20HP air pump stopped oxygenating my pond as it should and I needed a replacement fast.
I rang The Fish Works and found they had a replacement HP 20 and it was on special too!
I went in and bought it and installed it in my pond and the oxygen levels increased again dramatically.
I found that it was possible to buy a diaphragm kit for my old pump, so I ordered a kit through The Fish Works and it arrived in quick time.
I have installed it in my old pump and so I now have a spare pump or I may install it in my filter..
I have been coming to these people for many years for my Koi and also fish food.
I recommend buying fish from these people, as their fish are " clean" and you will have no problems with any disease.
Plus, if you need ANY advice, it is always forthcoming and they are above all HONEST!!!!
