Great Customer Service
I had some issues with candles that were shipped to me and unfortunately the glass jars broke. I emailed and got a reply immediately to rectify the issue. Great customer service!

Professional Make up application
The Facial Room has recently added make up application to their list of services. I recently had make up done by Alana and it was a lovely experience - both in terms of the time I spent with Alana and the result. Alana truly helped me look (and feel) my very best for an important formal event I was attending. I have been a long term client of the Facial Room and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed by their services or the products they represent. Thanks Alana!!
