It’s been two weeks since I placed my order and I still haven’t gotten it yet.. And they do not do returns

Products are stellar. Absolutely unbeatable. Only areas that need work are 1). Shipping. Its interminably slow. 2). An inability to talk to somebody. Usually everything is through email and it takes 2-3 days to get a response. Other than these 2 things the quality of your perfume is like none I've ever seen. Simply spectacular

My go to clone house. Haven't tried them all but ive tried a lot. Dua will always have my business.

. I wanted to express how very disappointed I have been with not only the service, but now the product itself.
After finally receiving my order, I immediately noticed several differences. The bottles appear to be smaller, the packaging is different, and most importantly, the perfume does not smell the same or last the way it used to. Previously, I could wear it all day and still smell it hours later. Now, within about an hour, the scent is completely gone.
I’m not sure what changes have been made, but as a longtime customer who has highly recommended and supported your products, this has been extremely disappointing. I ordered the 22, and honestly, the quality has been horrible. My last order was also a terrible experience, and now this one has only added to my frustration.
Between the poor service, delayed orders, changes in packaging and bottle size, and now the decline in quality and lasting scent, I truly feel let down as a customer. Every chance I get, unless something is done to address this situation, I am going to make sure I share my experience with other consumers. I would hate for people to spend their money expecting a quality product and service, only to receive something that no longer meets the standards your company once had.
I sincerely hope you all will address these concerns and make this right, because at this point I am very dissatisfied with both the customer service and the noticeable decline in product quality.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! The dua brand does not respond to customers emails let alone complaints! I placed an order on 5/17/26 and as of 5/23/26 have not received an email from this unprofessional company stating concern. I sent two emails and got only automated replies and nobody from the company reached out! My last email I asked for a cancellation and refund and have yet to receive a reply! I don’t care how good dua brand cologne supposedly smells I will never recommend them to friends, coworkers or family in fact I will tell them to stay far away from them period! If I could give no stars I would completely disrespectful with no moral compass whatsoever thanks dua!!

I was unaware that they are a USA brand or that I'd need to pay duty, that is on me I guess; but the customer service was so bad, they told me I cannot return whatsoever and need to accept it. I paid $168 for a 34ml inspired by perfume, where the real Nishane scent 50ml is only $20 more than what I paid. Unreasonable.

Purchased items on April 24, 2026. Items were never shipped and received. Have emailed the company numerous times, only to continually be given the run around. Have tried calling the only phone number given and NO ONE EVER answers and voicemails aren’t permitted. I have asked them to please refund my money- especially since goods were not shipped or received. Still, they either don’t respond, or give me an answer to pacify the situation. They have numerous complaints against them about their business practices and still they continue to take customers money without rectifying the situation. I want my order cancelled and promptly refunded. I no longer trust doing business with this company and suggest everyone proceed with caution with them.

There is something wrong with your shipping. It appears this wasn’t a one of but something that is the common factor. Customers place orders and the order just sits. This is going to be the second time I place an order and have to chase the product.

I ordered during a big sale and restock event. The company has kept me up to date on processing and shipping times. And the products I’ve received from them from previous orders have been absolutely amazing! The projection and longevity of their perfumes are phenomenal.

Every time I order from the USA it takes so long to even dispatch the order. Considering I pay £40 for delivery to the UK it's pathetic.

Why can't they release the order immediately like every other mail order company now.

Fragrances are good but over priced.

Items arrive as described and well packaged. They'd need to get run over with a car before they got damaged.

Initial shipping timing can vary and is probably dependent on volume/sales/etc., moreso now that fragrances are seeing a recent boom in popularity. For me, orders have shipped between 2-17 days of placing an order. But if it's more than a week, they are good about emailing you if it's longer than their usual turnaround. Once it's in the post, it has always arrived at my home very quickly, usually within 2-3 days.

I've been happy with what I've gotten from here and have ordered several times.

Shopping with The Dua Brand is always pleasant, customer service is 5⭐️. Super variety and there are some 100ML bottles. I am a customer for life and Masham is pretty cool guy!

Shipping was fast and customer service was great helping with a broken bottle. I am very happy with the perfumes and service.

Dua brand is one of the best website for colognes that ever existed. With all the discounts it makes it’s worth every penny.

While product quality typically meets my expectations, fulfillment time, packaging and customer service all have significant gaps. In 2026, fulfillment times have exceeded two weeks with no indication on their website or in order confirmation that fulfillment is delayed from what was in 2025, 7 calendar days from order to delivery. Additionally, caps do not fit bottles and fall off when the bottle is inverted. This should have been caught in quality control and these never should have been sent out to customers. Additionally, attempts to resolve these issues with their customer service has borne no fruit. Responses are typically, "Rest assured, your order is in good hands," and "Loose caps are a known issue," which is unacceptable. Additionally, customer service is delaying responses beyond 48 hours claiming a significant backlog in their queue. The fact that there are so many emailed complaints from customers that the CS team can't respond to them all within 48 hours is concerning. The BBB will not accredit this company, and their BBB rating is currently 1.25 out of 5.

The Guide does not smell like Guidance from Amouge, and Moonlit Lily does not have the creaminess of Existance from Amouge. Lily Of The Valley is the prominent scent. I couldn't wait to shower and get the scent off of me.

This is a review of the customer service department that I have been dealing with recently. I have bought many items from Dua with no complaints to begin with, then the fragrance started smelling off, I had been completely satisfied with the first few, the last ones just smell horrible. That being said I had stopped dealing with them as Oakcha is always on point and bigger bottles. But i decided to give it another shot as they had a sale. Well the website says orders will be dispatched in 3-5 days not including day of order. My order wasn’t even sent to shipping for six days, not really a big deal except when I had reached out to support about it she attempted to gas light me saying all this other stuff and insisting they were within the five day window, and offered no accountability or apology. This was actually my second time dealing with the customer service department, last time was a few years ago when I had a sprayer that wasn’t working properly and was given no solution. The customer service just sucks and they aren’t helpful.. as of today 4-18 I still haven’t received my order made on 4/7 but according to a Dua facebook page this has become common. Very disappointing and I doubt I will ever order from them again there are just too many dupe houses that have bigger bottles and better customer service. MOD and Oakcha have the best customer services and have always helped me out with solutions and have reward programs. Dua should take lessons. I’ll do a review of my fragrance when i finally get it.

Placed order on the 11th April - it's now the 16th and the order still hasn't shipped. Very disappointed.
