The Drone Hangar Anmeldelser

Anyone wishing to sell or purchase a drone for whatever purpose - would be well advised to contact Ron at The Drone Hangar. He is an exceptionally nice gentleman, his prices are very attractive, and he is a pleasure to do business with . I have just purchased a DJI Mavic 3 Multispectral Drone from him. The payment, packaging and delivery was quick, efficient and service "par excellence"

Ron was absolutely brilliant. I sold several drones through his service and received better quotes than anywhere else -far better than what you’d get on eBay, especially when you factor in the fees and waiting time for payments. Ron responded quickly to all my queries and made payments exactly as promised, without delay. I’ve already recommended this service to all my colleagues.. highly recommended!

Ordered spare batteries for dji flip.great price prompt delivery

Five star experience. I traded in my magic Air (1st Gen) with Ron after exchanging emails about another enquiry. This lead me to buy the Mini 4k. Ron was highly professional approachable and most importantly has a phenomenal drone knowledge. I would not buy from anyone else now including DJI direct. I will be back to buy in future!

This was the second time using this company for a no hassle sale of my drone, quick and professional communications, I'll definetly be back to sell anymore drones in the future.

Bought a very good condition used Mini 4 Pro from this site, and battery to go with it. It was exactly as described and flew perfectly on its maiden voyage with me today at the south coast. Arrived next delivery and packaged really well. Definitely recommend this site if you’re in the market for some drone fun.

I recently purchased a drone from The Drone Hangar, and while the product itself was fantastic, I encountered a small issue shortly after receiving it.

Thankfully, Ron's outstanding service and communication turned the situation around completely. He went above and beyond to ensure the problem was addressed quickly and efficiently. His communication was second to none throughout. I’m very impressed and would highly recommend The Drone Hangar to anyone considering their products.

Excellent experience overall!

Amazing company, way cheaper than anywhere else and even tho it was an open box purchase of a dji air3s it was indeed brand spanking new and was delivered by royal mail the following day!! 10/10 service! Highly recommended :)

Great value and really helpful. Item arrived next day which was a surprise, well packaged and as described. Very helpful throughout the transaction !

Superb service.
After purchasing a battery for my DJI Mavic Air a couple of weeks later I noticed a problem with it and contacted them Ron responded by return with an apology and a return label for me to send the bathery back a replacement was dispatched as soon as he received the faulty one. Fantastic customer service and you can be assured I will certainly be buying from you again. Keep up the good work and great customer service in this day and age it really does mean a lot to your customers.

quick email responses and overall fast service for the battery repair, would buy again.

special thanks to Ron.J, who is the owner for responding to my emails. the fact that the owner is writing customer support emails pretty much sums up the experience (outstanding).

Sent 3x Mavic Air batteries in to get reactivated after not being used for several years. The service itself was incredibly fast, and Ron was quick to respond and even kindly offered me a 10% discount as well. The batteries were reactivated and packaged with plenty of protection and tracked next day delivery. Thoroughly impressed with The Drone Hangar, will be returning to them for any further drone issues I may have in the future.

I have recently purchased a used drone, a Mavic 2 Enterprise from these guys. The drone turned up and looked to be in near perfect condition. I tried to download the dji Pilot app to fly it but my phone has android 14 which is too advanced so I contacted Ron. He said I could send it back for a refund but l decided to order a second hand phone running android 8. Ron told me to take as long as I needed to see if I could get it to work. The phone arrived, Pilot downloaded and after firmware updates and calibrations the drone tested. No problem. I would like to say, The Drone Hanger have been so professional, patient and easy to work with so l would recommend them to anyone wishing to buy goods from them. I will certainly use their services again if l need anything drone related that they sell. Thanks again Ron.

I had an Air 2s, which I purchased elsewhere, but I found out that it had saltwater contamination and beyond economic repair.
Contacted Drone Hanger but missed a replacement Air 2s. Ron was really helpful and told me that there was another one due in store. He kept me informed and it arrived today. In excellent condition, as described.
