Excellent customer service and refund, sadly the dress I ordered was not in stock and I have noticed that many of the styles are unavailable which is sad as I would love to try one.

I was recently fortunate enough to have a mini fashion show at my house for my friends and me with stunning clothes from The Dress Cellar. Each lady who tried on the dresses and blouses remarked on the elegant way the clothes hung and how beautiful the fabrics felt. The pieces sold out quickly! I bought several day and evening outfits to wear on a trip this weekend and am thrilled with them. I would thoroughly recommend The Dress Cellar.

I’ve ordered this dress online and due to the fact I live in Spain and have had the dress delivered to an address in England, I contacted customer services and explained the situation in case there was an issue with the dress when I eventually receive it at the beginning of September. They couldn’t have been more helpful and have attached a note to my file to allow me to send the dress back if I need to. Hopefully, this won’t be necessary as I’m desperate to wear it.
