Svar fra Dark Turtle Clothing

Hey Andrew,

Thanks so much for your feedback. As advised during our email correspondence, your order came in at a time we were away on a surf trip. As we are a small business we were relying on a support team to ship orders out. This ultimately meant that your order wasn’t shipped out as fast as usual.

Hopefully as the business grows we will be able to employ more staff to assist with despatch of items to cover us at all times.

We do hope that you like the item despite the delay.

Thanks,
DT
