Have now ordered 2 Dark Turtle sweat…

Have now ordered 2 Dark Turtle sweat tops online (XL). Garments are extremely good quality, warm, nice styling . Sizing has been slightly different in the XL with one of them maybe erring to a 2XL…!

This isn’t a massive negative as they both fit - one a looser fit.

Colour & shape is ok post a few washes, so am extremely happy with purchase & looking forward to reviewing additional items.

Online shopping & delivery v quick, not had to use customer services yet but expect that this would also be positive.

Thx Chris

Dark Turtle clothing.

I came across Dark turtle clothing on Facebook and liked the clothing. Small British company based in Tynemouth. I ordered a hoodie and t-shirt . Good quality and price. I come from a seaside town in the South West so good to support a British company based on the coast. Will buy from them again.

The oceans are doomed!

Was influenced by social media on this brand and have to be honest not impressed. The item I bought just hangs off me with no or very little shape at all. Also very tight on upper arms/shoulders and looking at the colour think will fade after 1/2 washes .

Svar fra Dark Turtle Clothing

Hi Scott,

We are sorry to hear you are not impressed with the item. As you can imagine with any clothing brand it is impossible to suit the required fit of every individual. People come in all different shapes and sizes and prefer all kind of fits.

Where any customer is not satisfied with the size or fit we are more than happy to accept a return and refund the cost of the item. As yet we have not to date received any request from you to return this item or received any direct email with any concerns.

In terms of the colour, from your review there does not appear to be any indication that the colour of the items has actually faded. If we did start to receive complaints that the colours of our items had faded after 1/2 washes then we would not continue to sell these.

As advised, if you wish to return the item, we would be more than happy to accept this.

In terms of the oceans being doomed, so far we have committed funding to saving over 6000 baby turtles 🤘

Thanks,
DT

Who doesn’t like baby turtles?

I recently bought a hoody and a t shirt. The designs are cool and the clothing quality is excellent. They also donate to save baby turtles. Highly recommend.
