They have a high end selection of glass. Layaway with their online head shop. Ben and Jay are extremely helpful.

This is the absolute worst experience with any company- awful product, then return they rip you off and give you an attitude about their policy which is strictly inhuman robot rip off- DO NOT SUPPORT this awful business with the worst customer service ever of any online company. I read several other reviews and I am not alone
The pre-roll was very loose and embarrassing to pass around at a party. The flower was good quality which is a shame because we laughed at it because it fell apart. I honestly prefer trim Shady which is embarrassing compared to dab lab. Only because they stay together and if I'm sharing a pre-roll then I can actually share it without it falling apart and burning People's Clothing. Can you please get better at that it's not that hard
Bought their device and after finding another place that had it for an extra $50 off, I emailed them to see if they could cancel my order since I found it cheaper elsewhere. I was told that there would be a 10% restocking fee (even tho the device wasn't even shipped out yet) which came to $30. I refused it and told them to send it out anyways. Well a week later, there's websites selling the device for $132 versus the $270 I spent. I think they lost a customer on this round. Bad business.
I cancelled my order from the dab lab and was told i would only receive an 80% fee and I did not get any refund at all. They said my card would be credited and it wasn’t, and oh, they won’t answer my emails now....
Speedy delivery but horrendous customer service. Received a 200 dollar deceive that didn’t work. After trying to get in touch with them for about 10 days I finally was able. However, dablab doesn’t take responsibility and wants me to contact the producer!
I have made multiple purchases. Only one item wasn't as expected. Speedy delivery.
