We have been working with The Custom Box Packaging for a few months and have been working closely with Nancy Jones. She is absolutely amazing to work with! She has been a huge help to our company with bringing our packaging vision to life. Nancy is also extremely responsive and has been a huge help with answering all of our questions (and we usually have a lot of them!). What a great company and what an amazing account manager Nancy has been. We would definitely recommend this company to other businesses and would HIGHLY recommend Nancy.

Outstanding Customer Service
I have been working with The Custom Box Packaging quite a bit lately and have been so impressed not only with their outstanding customer service, but their finished product as well.
Nancy, is my account manager and is very responsive, helpful and always on top of my orders. I ask her millions of questions and she is patient and answers every single one of them. She is flexible and very easy to work with.
The custom boxes are top notch and the process is seamless. I would recommend The Custom Box Packaging to anyone who is looking for a great packaging product.

I had a very positive experience with Nancy Jones. She was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process.
She was very patient during the design and approval process and even helped me with some touchups.
She really made sure my boxes came out according to my vision. I will definately trust them again with my next projects.

I'm so happy to have found The Custom Box Packaging. Nancy Jones helped me place my order with them. She gave me outstanding service from the moment I first contacted them. I received a quote within minutes, after sending my box art they sent me 3d renders swiftly, and happily updated the art when I saw I had a mistake in the artwork I sent them. Their pricing and service cannot be beaten! The final product looks fantastic and functions as intended.
I had tried to work with another local printer before finding The Custom Box Packaging (that is a few states away) that was beyond horrible and that had much higher prices. Seriously, do not bother looking elsewhere.
I highly recommend asking for Nancy! She is very polite and attentive.
