Had a pretty good experience with The Crystal Orbs overall. The website is visually appealing and easy to navigate, especially if you’re into unique anime-inspired décor. I ordered the Crystal Orb Lucario and was impressed by the detailed 3D laser engraving and the LED base that really makes it stand out as a display piece or night light.

Crystal orbs delivered the item to the wrong house. I could see in the delivery pictures that it wasn't my house. But they wouldn't do anything to assist or help me. Horrible customer service. So disappointed.

I placed an order in December and received a shipping notification on 12/22/25. According to the tracking information, the package has not moved from its location since 01/08/26. I’ve contacted customer service twice and have not received a response. As of today, 01/22/26, I still have not received my order, any communication from the company, or an update—tracking continues to show the shipment as stuck.

Como fan de Pokémon compré varias para mí y mis amigos y no es para nada lo que esperaba. De entrada, son mucho más pequeñas de lo que aparentan en las fotos de la web. El envió tardó tres semanas. Vienen de China, no de Estados Unidos, lo que ya da una idea de la calidad que te puedes esperar. La base, que es la que tiene un par de leds que van cambiando de color si lo tienes enchufado vía USB o con pilas, es bastante cutre. La esfera está bien, aunque con la luz se ven pequeños rayones, a pesar de que el envío viene bien protegido. Recomendaría buscar otro regalo friki en lugar de este.

Came with so many visible scratches, asked for return, no response. After I sent emails 3 times they responded by saying they would ship new ones and offered no option of returning.

Die Bälle und Sockel sind viel kleiner als auf den Bildern. Der Sockel unterscheidet sich auch optisch sehr von denen, die dargestellt werden. Nicht das Geld wert!

I just received my items after a few weeks of waiting. Yes, they do ship from China; had I known, I wouldn't have bought them, since they didn't arrive in time for Christmas.

They are a LOT smaller than expected! On the website, the images are zoomed in to make them look better. The base is of extremely cheap quality.

You can't return them without paying $17, so in conclusion, I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

No way to tell where this company is set up no matter how much I Google. After 2 weeks it finally says shipped but I got nervous when it said it was handed over to a plane.
I wasn't made aware this was a foreign company before purchasing so I was not ready to pay the new import fees from foreign countries to America. I feel tricked and as if the time they waited to ship was just to make sure that I could cancel the charge because it had long gone through.

Der Sitz der Firma befindet sich in den Niederlanden aber geliefert wird aus China ,schade das man das vorher nicht sieht und die Finger davon lassen kann!!

I placed an order on the 22nd of November, it’s now the 18th of December and it still hasn’t arrived, have contacted the company and they’ve said they’re investigating but I’ve told them since there has been no update on the tracking since the 8th December that it would be lost and I want a refund, I’ve since had no response.
Looking on their social media, many people have had the same problem. Also had no idea I would be ordering from china.
