The Crystal Company Anmeldelser

Great selections, good quality, arrived quickly

Everything was lovely, crystals were exactly as pictured and they arrived safely. Will order again :)

I've bought crystals from The Crystal Company several times now, and they never disappoint. They package everything beautifully and sometimes even send a surprise — well worth it!

WOW !! When I was at the stall in Kempton race course, I was handed ten pieces of Moldavite at once and What an experience I had, the sweats, the shakes and the warmth I was feeling was amazing.
Thank you for my purchase and your survice ❤️
I will be purchasing more !!

I order one herman miller aeron classic and the chair arrived right on time (within 5 days) and as good as new. I noticed a very slight cosmetic defect under on of the armrest which though in no way impact the durability of the chair as it was just a pastic covering that you see underside of the armrest however the wonderful customer aupport team sent me a new armrest free of cost, so hats off to their after sales service as well.

I recently made an order where I received a free manifesting dreams diary! I loved the diary so much I ordered another one. The owners were away and my order was delayed so they personally emailed me to let me know and then when I did receive it they wrote a little message on the box. I love this company and their products and especially their customer service!! Highly recommend

Wonderful customer service and beautiful products

Fantastic jewellery. My second time buying and still wear my bracelet everyday and now wear my necklace everyday. Quality and style are perfectly matched! Will continue to keep an eye out for more pieces. Beautiful packaging to top it all off.

Exceptional customer service! Though i never received my item due to post office, they were extremely responsive and helpful in resolving the issue. Very professional!

Amazing! My third purchase from these guys, I trust them and they delivery fast and with such thoughtful packaging, always with a little surprise in the box too!

I had the most amazing experience with The Crystal Company! Alex & Terry are so helpful and they always get the most amazing crystals. They are my no.1 crystal shop and their packaging is the best!

Love you guys 🥰😘

This was my first time using The
Crystal Company. I don’t normally buy my crystals on line, as I like to “feel” their energy, but I will definitely use them again. I don’t normally leave reviews either, but feel compelled to do so.
The Crystal Company website is very easy to navigate and informative. The photos are also very nice and you see the exact crystal you will be purchasing. I bought these items in their January sale, so I figured if they didn’t “feel right” I hadn’t lost too much.
Communication from them was very good, as well as the dispatch time.
From the moment you receive your box you can tell that you’re opening a special parcel that radiates gorgeous energy. Their packaging is quality and lovely to open (nerdy I know). The addition of a complimentary incense stick stimulates the senses as you open your parcel and the surprise addition of a little piece of black tourmaline (to protect your crystals on their journey to you) was such a charming addition.
All of these special touches add to your buying experience so there is really nothing not to like.
I am a very happy and grateful customer, raving to my friends about The Crystal Company. I’d like to say “well done guys”, you have my support and good wishes for 2025. Wishing you all the best with your family business. You deserve to succeed.
