Great communication, excellent quality and just best Crystal company. Highly recommend.

The boxing was so amazing, so much care was given. As soon as I took delivery I could instantly tell the care that was give. The added Incense stick room the unboxing to a whole different level. I piped that on to burn as I unwrapped each crystal and ready the crystal cards

Alex and Terry always ship items quickly, their crystals have the best energy, the crystals are unique and beautiful. It’s always a pleasure to purchase crystals from The Crystal Company.

It’s always a pleasure buying my crystals from Alex and Terry, whether it be from their lives or their online shop. They’re so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their products, and importantly they source them ethically too which is a huge plus for me. Great service and value, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Crystal Company.

I was a little nervous ordering from the middle of the US, but everything made it safe and intact. Both pieces I ordered were much more beautiful in person.

Amazing as always and beautifully packaged 😍

Love and good vibes in a box! Alex and Terry have the most beautiful gems everything is the best quality and honestly they just make you want to keep coming back! Couldn’t recommend more xxx

Omg I have received my first box of goodies today. So I'll start with the box itself, I love the quotes on each side and the logo inside of the box. I love how packed the items are aswell as the cards and incense stick (my partner thought I'd put on an oil burner). And had to show the amazing order, I cant pick out one as I love it all and will be ordering again x

I love the crystals I have purchased- they are carefully packed and arrive promptly. The auctions are an amazing opportunity to browse different types of crystals.

The amethyst cluster I bought was lovely however it was nothing like the colour in the picture. I understand that certain monitors can display differently but I think in this case filters were used to make the colour much different from reality. Still the seller did offer a refund but I decided to keep it anyway.

I've loved my purchases from Alex and Terry, super friendly couple. I stumbled across their site via their Instagram page and their live sales (very friendly, nice vibe, lots of fun). Everything I've bought from here has been stunning and packaged so beautifully. Good to know there is somewhere to buy genuine, ethically sourced crystals.
