The Conservatory Converters Anmeldelser

We had a garage conversion done by this company. After a year and one week, we reported to them that the radiator pipes, underneath the floor had been leaking. They replied that the warranty for plumbing was one year and refused to thereafter converse with us and did not reply to our emails.
We also complained about the finishing to the ceiling and sent them photographs. Again they ignored this.
With regards to the radiator pipes. We got a joiner in who lifted the floor. On inspecting the pipes, it was clearly evident that the cause of the leak was a saw, probably used in the cutting of the insulation. Again photographs were sent and once again they were ignored.
Absolutely appalling after-service. Complaints were ignored and it was felt by us that after they received our money, they did not care one bit.
Avoid them at all costs. Photographs will be made available to those who want proof. If We could post them here if we would. We would highly NOT RECOMMEND.

From start to finish they were absolutely fantastic, keeping me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend them. I love my new room

Conservatory Converters kept us informed throughout the process as to what was happening and when. All the trades people were very professional, polite and very clean and tidy. We are delighted with the finished conservatory.

Competitive price, process clearly explained, date for work to be carried out confirmed and adhered to, all representitives of the company friendly and highly competent, seamless from start to finish

From start to finish everyone of the team performed flawlessly a credit to their company. Thanks Graeme Walker

We recently hired Converters Group for a TV wall installation, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. The job was promised to be completed within a week but ended up taking nearly a month, which caused significant inconvenience.
While some tradesmen were excellent, others did not meet the advertised standard of finish. The final result is acceptable, but not at the level we were led to expect.
Additionally, our carpet was damaged during the initial skirting board installation, and despite sharing photos, we received no response regarding this issue—only acknowledgment of the skirting board.
Overall, the lack of consistency, missed timelines, and poor communication mean we will not be using Converters Group for future projects. We’ve shared this honest feedback with Converters Group without a reply or apology.

Perfect from start to finish. Excellent standard of work from all involved. Everyone we encountered was friendly and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

A quality job from the team at the Conservatory Converters. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of what was going to happen and when. They did an excellent job. It looks great. So far it's made a difference in terms of internal temperature when the sun is shining - it's much more comfortable to sit in. The true test will be in the cold winter days of course but we're confident that we'll be able to use it this year, unlike previously. No hesitation in recommending at all.

The tradespersons sent to this site were all happy talkative and helpful.

“I carried out repair work on this company’s vans across several jobs. They paid the first two invoices in full, but the third invoice was only partly settled, and they have since refused to pay the remaining three invoices despite reminders. They have also accused me of ‘ripping them off’, even though my labour rate was very fair and there was only a 20% mark-up on parts to cover additional costs — the same practice used by most garages. This has left a significant amount unpaid and has been very difficult for me as an independent mechanic. Based on my experience, I would advise anyone doing business with them to ensure payment arrangements are clear and secured in advance.”

Prompt. Clean. Kept me up to date throughout. Excellent company.

From start to finish can’t complain about anything the installation was done in a clean and professional manner good bunch of cheerful workers very happy would recommend this company to anyone

The whole process of dealing with the Conservatory Converters was smooth from start to finish. Everyone turned up when they said they would, did what they said they would and in the end an excellent job was completed. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The team arrived at 9:30 am and got straight on it, within 5 hours the job was complete, no slacking no mess and a perfect looking job. Since installation we have had a major storm a lot of wind and rain. Perfectly dry inside, no damage outside. Excellent job

Excellent job done by all those who completed the insulation and roof of the conservatory. Job done in the timescale by excellent workers doing their respective trades.
