A great aid to coaching & development of the age groups I coach. Constantly updated with real progression with the content.

I really enjoy this application and the way it integrates with your calendar is great. The video elements showing the session in practice is ok (would be good if it can show transition situations more)

I find this a fantastic resource to look for ideas for sessions, good interviews with coaches which are interesting and I use for writing up sessions so it’s on phone or iPad sometimes I print off to have copy in my pocket .

Our club is using TCM for the 4th year as it has become an invaluable tool for our coaches and players.
There is a vast amount of content for all ages and skill levels. The training sessions are structured to make it clear how to set up and run, what your team should get our of the session with key coaching points called out. The sessions with videos are fantastic and great to share with players so they come better prepared for the training. I highly recommend TCM to coaches, clubs and players looking to improve.

The Coaching Manual is like having another Coach on the staff. The sessions are very game relatable. They provide three coaching points per session and that is invaluable. It helps me as the Coach to stay on point so I’m not overwhelming the players with to many different points. I like the season long curriculum because of how flexible it is to move sessions around based on where my team may be struggling now. The podcasts they have make my morning jog something to look forward to. Especially when I’m halfway out and they provide some great coaching points I want to record, it causes me to speed up my run. I have shared my sessions with the parents for the week so they know what we are working on. Then in the matches, they too can see that we were able to execute what we had trained that week. The parents are learning as much as the players, which always makes the game more fun. My favorite part of TCM is the videos depicting the session and hearing that coach utilize the coaching points along with the method of delivery. The players aren’t perfect in the videos which makes for realistic learning. I recommend TCM to every coach I meet because it’s an asset we all can benefit from!

We're an Adelaide based club in Australia and have been providing the platform to all our junior and senior coaches for the last three years. Their content and customer service is fantastic and we fully recommend it to others.

This is a good app.
I coach an u7 and u15 team and have been using the app for about 3 years.
I find it very helpful and I love the session plans that you can set up for the whole season so you don't need to keep working out what you are going to do during training.
It caters for all age groups.
The only thing I think it needs to work on is making it simpler to finding training sessions for certain age groups and what you want to work on like passing or defending but apart from that I would definitely recommend it.

Would like to see more drills and sessions that account for less players at practices ie 10-14 player drills supposed to some being 16-20 player practices which aren't often realistic at US club practices.

Our club has been using TCM for about 8 months and it has helped us in several ways - coach education, support, & accountability, session/curriculum design and formatting, etc. We use it from age 3-18. For our youngest recreational players our director can now design sessions and coaches can access the day's session from their phones! That's a big step from the way we did it in the past. We share the resources with other clubs and schools to expand our reach, improve area coaching, and hopefully develop better players.
