The Coaching Craft - ICF ACC programme

From April to June 2024, I had the incredible opportunity to train with The Coaching Craft on their ICF ACC course, and I can honestly say it was one of the most impactful professional experiences of my life. I’m thrilled to share that I achieved my ACC qualification in February 2025 — and it wouldn’t have been possible without the outstanding support, structure, and heart that this course provided.

What truly set this training apart were the exceptional trainers, Paul and Liz. Their deep knowledge of coaching, combined with their intuitive and compassionate teaching style, created a learning environment that was both challenging and incredibly supportive. They held space with such skill, offering insightful feedback and always encouraging us to step into our authentic coaching voice. Every session was packed with value — from core ICF competencies to real-time practice and reflection.

Paul brought a calm, grounded presence and a wealth of experience that gave me so much clarity and confidence. Liz's energy, warmth, and razor-sharp coaching mind inspired me to grow in ways I hadn’t expected. Together, they struck the perfect balance between professional rigor and human connection.

What I also appreciated was how The Coaching Craft nurtured a strong sense of community among participants. Even months after the course finished, the lessons, insights, and relationships I gained continue to influence my coaching practice every day.

The Coaching Craft ICF PCC…

I recently completed the ICF PCC programme with The Coaching Craft, led by master coaches Paul and Liz, and I genuinely can’t recommend it highly enough. Paul and Liz are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also supportive and engaging throughout. They created an environment where I felt comfortable exploring and stretching my coaching skills. The programme was thoughtfully structured, challenging yet manageable, and offered practical tools I could immediately apply. Completing this journey has significantly enhanced my confidence and capability as a coach. If you’re considering advancing your coaching career, look no further The Coaching Craft is outstanding.
