An excellent mail order service for fine cheeses
This is a wonderful source for some truly exceptional international cheeses. The web site is well-organised, informative and easy to navigate. The delivery came on the day and time specified. The person preparing the order took the time to call me to ask me about a substitution. I can highly recommend ‘The Cheese Lady’ for their excellent service. Thank you.

Incredibly helpful/Great Cheese
Incredibly nice and helpful. I had made a complete mess of ordering with a gift card and was too late to use it. They very kindly made an exception, sorted me out and supplied me with the delicious cheeses that I had been trying to buy.

Good cheese experience
I have ordered a couple of times now and I am really pleased with the service. A good selection of cheeses, some with a video review, quick delivery with tracking throughout and well packed with insulated bags. Five stars

Best of cheese
Excellent service that goes with excellent cheese and the wines not bad either. Recommend the Brie de meaux, (think that’s how you spell it). My wee dog always gets a taste from the cheese of the month.

Helpful, attentive and pro-active staff, very knowledgeable on cheese, suggesting alternatives for a 24hr shipping delay. Extremely well packaged. Excellent choice and most importantly absolutely delicious.

Good cheese and good delivery
It's really difficult to wax lyrical about a simple ecommerce transaction. The Cheese Lady sells very good cheese and has a good selection. The order always arrives well packed and cooled on the day selected. That's all I want really.

Raclette is traditionally a gentle, milky cheese, appreciated for its smooth melt and subtle flavour rather than intensity. The version we stock is made by a small artisan producer using traditional methods, and we’re proud to support this level of quality. As a specialist cheesemonger (not a supermarket), our prices reflect the care, provenance, and handling that go into every cheese we select.
