Items carefully packaged and arrived in good condition. Friends thoroughly enjoyed the best of British selection and I'm sure I will be purchasing again in the future. Might even drive over to Haddington in person to shop.

Package stolen
I was excited to try The Cheese Lady’s products, but unfortunately, I never got the chance. My package was delayed by the courier, and when it was finally delivered, it was left carelessly in front of the garage gate—easy for anyone walking by to steal.
When I contacted the company, they were polite and willing to help but pointed to their terms of service, which state that delivery issues must be reported within a certain time period. Since I reached out after this window, their policy didn’t allow for any refund or voucher as a resolution.
While I understand their position and appreciate their communication, the experience was disappointing.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue, but I'm puzzled as to why the alleged theft wasn’t reported to us immediately and directly. Had we been informed promptly, we could have addressed it with the courier and worked to resolve it for you.
Now, with so much time passed and your decision to hold us responsible without giving us the chance to assist, I’m unsure what you would like us to do at this stage.

Great service and great tasting cheeses that were well looked after
Service from the Cheese Lady was excellent. Turned up on time and the Cheese tasted amazing.
We had several cheeses and one was Tete De Moine.
If you have not had this cheese before, it's well worth getting some. You will need a curler aswell but for a party it certainly gets people talking cheese....

Fabulous selection of cheeses, so many that are not available on the high street. I have ordered many times before and always really impressed with the quality. Delivered on time and packaged beautifully. Especially love the labels which not only have the name but the description too - fantastic touch.
