(Regarding Mounjaro injections) Experience was nice and easy. The consultation seemed thorough which is good and delivery was really quick, had my consultation at 11:30 and the injections were here at 1:30 the following day. Only on week 2 but haven’t had any issues with the pen so far either.

Unhelpful Customer Service
The care Pharmacy is okay as far as buying your medication and receiving them is concerned. However, should there be a I need to deal to deal with the customer service then that’s when problems arise. I had a faulty pen and they refused to accept it and I ended up losing about £70 because of their refusal.
