Hi Sinee, thank you for your feedback and I am genuinely sorry to hear your delivery was slower than expected and that you did not receive enough guidance on how to use the service. This is not the experience we want for any customer at The Care Pharmacy. We will review what happened and improve the information we provide. Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, Cath. I am genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been, particularly after being a loyal customer for such a long time.
I would like to clarify that your order was dispatched on time from our pharmacy. Unfortunately, during the busy Christmas period there can be delays within the postal network that are outside of our direct control. That said, we fully appreciate that this does not make the experience any less frustrating when you are expecting next day delivery.
We never want any customer to feel let down or feel that their concerns have not been taken seriously. It is clear from your feedback that the overall experience did not meet the standard you rightly expected, and for that we are truly sorry.
We would really like the opportunity to look into this further with you and understand the full situation so we can address your concerns properly and continue improving our service. A member of our team will be in touch with you directly to discuss this and see how we can put things right.
Thank you again for raising this with us. Your feedback is important and helps us improve the service we provide to all our patients.
Kind regards
The Care Pharmacy Team

Excellent Service
Care Pharmacy have been great throughout my experience as a customer during the last 12 months. I would single out Mohammed Ismail Lakhi in particular for the extremely helpful and prompt manner in which he resolved a delivery problem which was no fault of the pharmacy but entirely due to the delivery company. I’m happy to recommend Care Pharmacy.
