Couldn’t sleep, was playing, had some issue with a game not opening. Opened live chat expecting no one, but someone actually replied and fixed it in like 5 minutes. That impressed me more than it should.
Played on 60% battery for about an hour and still had plenty left. My previous casino app drained it like crazy. So this is an upgrade.
Twice now the live chat just ended while I was typing, and when I reconnected it was a new person with no idea of what we discussed. No history, nothing. Super annoying when you’re trying to solve an issue.
I swear one of the slots used to have a buy bonus option, and now it’s gone. No explanation, no note. If they change features like that, they should at least say so.
They promoted a “no wagering” offer but it turned out the free spins wins were capped and had to be played through once. That’s still wagering in my book.
This is the second time I have ordered and it won't be the last. Amazing customer service and I love the products I've received!!
Really promising customer experience initially, with prompt replies (even over the weekend) and great mock ups before purchasing. Product arrived quickly (had it within 3 days from paying for it) and was absolutely perfect, great quality and made a great gift. Highly recommend this small business, really good, refreshing experience! Thank you!
