Didn't pay for your tournament win
I am the Tuesday playson power sweeps grand prize winner on Theboss.us. I won 4800 in the Grand prize and with my big hit it totalled 5575 to be redeemed. I have already verified. Even messaged them to ensure they didn't need anything else and said no that the payment was processing. Received a message that I had the potential for a second account on another device, fought that. Then it was I had opened up my account on two IP addresses which was against their policy, fought that then it kept going. Long story short They robbed me of my winnings and are refusing to pay without a just cause. Oh, but they were kind enough to leave my account with 12 dollars. I will go to war over this. Verified and redemption received in less than 48hrs
I won off of the $2 sign up bonus....I had won over $4-500 when I decided to cash in I was at $350.00. I tried to redeem it but it had a cap of $175 which was fine, I mean it was free money to begin with. I was able to verify my identity, verify my bank account, resubmit my redemption of $175 be approved on all and received my winnings in less than 48 hours. I have had a great experience with this casino and highly recommend. Customer service was quick to respond and the process was simple and straight forward. This casino should be rated no less than a 4.8 in my opinion.

Unfair Treatment
I signed up for this casino in November 2024. I often purchased packages, and visited almost daily. On March 24, 2026 I logged in and redeemed my free daily spin. To my surprise, I ended up receiving $100 in free sweeps coins. There was a required playthrough which I fulfilled and managed to win enough to cash out.
When I visited today, March 27, 2026, I noticed that my daily spin wasn't available. Upon contacting customer service, I was told that my account didn't qualify for any promotions, and according to their T&Cs, a reason for this decision did not have to be disclosed.
I can't help but feel like I am being punished for actually being able to cash out. I used to think very highly of this casino, but this incident makes me think that they aren't treating me fairly.

Any casino that bribes people through email with free money to review them positively is likely scummy and scammy. I however gave this casino a chance; regrettably. They use screen overlays to steal your money while acting like the digital machine is having maintenance issues. And then act like they can't find any issues. Even if your sc drops with out even having placed a bid. Just brilliant. Karma will catch up to the people in charge. Criminals.
Redemption time SUCKS
I’m honestly really disappointed with how long the redemption process is taking with this casino. While their customer support responds quickly, it feels like they just fall back on the same scripted line: “you agreed to up to 10 business days,” even though they advertise that they strive to approve redemptions within 24 hours. That’s clearly not what’s happening in practice.
What makes it worse is the lack of transparency in their verification process. I was initially marked as fully verified on the platform, only to receive an email TWO DAYS later asking for additional bank verification. That completely reset the clock and delayed my payout even further. If this is part of their standard procedure, why isn’t it required upfront like it is on most other platforms? Requiring documents in stages only drags out the process and creates unnecessary frustration for customers.
At this point, it feels like the system is designed to slow down withdrawals rather than process them efficiently. Quick responses from support don’t make up for the delays—especially when those responses don’t actually resolve anything.
If you’re going to advertise fast payouts, then the process needs to match that claim. Right now, it doesn’t.

this is been a magical experience
okay I see this site actually responding to people I like this. I have talked to 20 different people at this website all named John or Danielle by the way. every single one of them is playing bad cop good cop John seems to be a pretty decent acting like he's going to help me. I'm trying to remove $100.20 that I won. and I have been trying for a month. they have given me every single loop around you can think of and they keep literally saying I'm approved it's going through and then send it right back to my account again it's not ever coming through and the fact that they have a Delaware mailing address with a UK listing when the owner of the company is a dude named like shamuil. at first I was thinking it was on my end maybe I typed my bank details in correctly and then it's like oh no wait I've done this four times now and input it four times and they keep giving me the same three excuses it's on my end not theirs. and I don't have this problem with a hundred different sites just this one. because I don't do deposits, I only do withdrawals. and they can't even directly say that because it's illegal to. I'm really curious how they're going to respond to a guy who's been on their website for 3 years trying to do a redeem for 2 months after watching the site switch from casino to us. because both of them have the same kind of reviews a bunch of five stars right at top of people saying they have a great selection which they do they have a pretty good selection of games that are on almost every single social sweepstakes casino there is but this is the only one that doesn't redeem as far as I can tell. and I have been dealing with this site since.. 2024 and here we are 2026 still haven't gotten my refund. this is my first review I've ever done of a website because I'm a quiet guy that keeps to myself but this site has pissed me off extremely and I'm going to blast them all over the entire internet because it's a scam.
