I’ve experienced terribly stressful and horrendous aftersales incidents with BOPF shop. Their so-called client servicing personnel who messages via email has horrible manners, they have dubious promotion and pricing schemes, and items become unavailable after 2 days of me completing the check out and placing the order. Better to stay away!

I have purchased sunglasses. At the description it was mentioned condition “excellent” meaning the sunglasses will be like brand new. Unfortunately once I received the sunglasses, the legs of the pair were way too spreaded and large from the usage and the sunglasses with the case were simply dirty with finger prints and so on. I had to clean the whole thing by myself. I will keep the sunglasses as I’ll try to fix and it is not a big deal for a used item, but unfortunately the joy of receiving purchase was killed immediately when I saw all the finger prints and stains on the sunglasses and the case, which could have done by sales team before handling to me the purchase.
