Problems placing an order on the website
I wanted to order a book set for my son for Christmas. I tried 3 times to place the order on the website. Each time the order page took me back without confirming the order. The money was requested from my bank each time but then canceled. I emailed customer service but they have asked me to use a differnt card to place the order. Not helpful at all. Is this a scam?

Hi Patricia. I have emailed you twice trying to help you and you have not responded.
As you have mentioned in your email it is your bank stopping the payment, not us.
Great fast service
