Easy purchase - good comms site could be improved with a search function

Ordered books a couple of years ago. As it was a selection of 7, it’s taken time to get to them. In the books, large parts of the text is missing. Emailed them and told as it’s been too long, they can’t do anything. I guess it’s fair enough, but you’ll need to be wary and I’d recommend reading and checking straight away

Bought a book set last minute for Christmas, came very quickly and it was a beautiful set very happy

Disgusted ordered a christmas present for it to not be delived to my house and goes to a shop where i cant even collect it as i dont have photo id tried speaking to some one called darlia who was rude and basically lied and said i wasnt in to recieve parcel 《which i am always in doors》 it wasnt left with amy of my neighbours and its at a shop which again i wasnt notified about.
So i went to this shop and yes my parcel is there but they cant give ot to me with out photo id

Bought the A Song of Ice and Fire 7-book collection box set from The Book Bundle as a gift for my niece. It was a fantastic price in the Black Friday sale, and the quality of the books is excellent. Everything arrived promptly and was very well packaged. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

Warning..I suspect these are a scam/fraud.
I’ve ordered and paid for the books and sent several emails asking when to expect my order.
I’ve had no replies to any email. To track my order they direct me to the Shop ap, which doesn’t accept order enquiries or tracks!!
I now suspect a scam. I’ve asked to cancel my order and for a refund. No reply to that either.

Amazing customer service, my wife was about to place an order, emailed a query and could not believe the immediate response. The set of books were fairly expensive but are fabulous and at a much cheaper price than anywhere else. Well packaged, 24 hour turnaround from my initial order. I was a little worried having read some of the reviews but based on my experience, I won't hesitate to use them in the future.

I recently made an order from here and was abit nervous due to some reviews on Trustpilot claiming the good reviews were fake etc. I paid over £35 so got free standard delivery which was then delivered 3 days later!! Came packaged in a carboard box, but books were seperate within the box- they were undamaged but they could probably improve and packgae together.
