Subscription issues
I ordered a large kit on sale thinking it was a one time purchase I know I should’ve read the fine print but I was rushing. Then I get a charge on my card and the person I spoke with said they send a confirmation email but I put the company in spam cause they kept emailing me at least once a day. Then when I went to unsubscribe on there extremely slow website it said I don’t have a subscription but it also said I have a incoming order so I reached out to support and they got me right

I only 1 major issue. Upon canceling my subscription/s each and every individual item needed to be removed separately. Along with 3 different stages of "are you sure you want to cancel" in different forms such as discounts, delays. I wouldnt say those are bad ideas but, just make it one page where the user can decide if they'd like too, and not be forced to click deny, deny, deny.

They were quick with their response, gave me many options when it came to a refund, they cancelled my subscription which im thankfully for, and the whole process was fast, this is great customer service.
Awful company
Awful company! I tried to return my kit after I didn’t see results. This is what they told me:
In order to be eligible for the Growth Guarantee, you must purchase growth vitamins, growth oil, and a derma roller with monthly replacement heads and use each product as directed for 5 consecutive months. To have enough product to use for 5 months, you must have an initial order, plus 4 monthly auto-renew orders. You also need to take monthly time-stamped progress photos.
If you do all of this, then they may refund you for 1 month of products. What a scam! Beware of what you’re getting into.

The products irritated my skin and caused breakouts, so I tried to return them. I was one day past the return window and politely asked for an exception, but customer service wouldn’t help at all. I understand policies, but the way they handled it felt unhelpful and inflexible. Overall, not a good experience for me.
I had misunderstood…
I had misunderstood that I had signed up for a regular subscription and then I received the email notification, as soon as I found out that I had been charged I emailed them right away to figure out what had happened and got a response within a couple of hours and we both figured out the problem quickly, truly what amazing establishment with incredible patience and such understanding staff!❤️I will be back!

Hopeful For My Beard growth
My experience with Beard Club has been great so far. I got my products a little later than I expected, but overall, I am satisfied with them. I wasn't expecting to grow a fuller beard overnight, as that's not what they promise. The product is slow-acting, but I am seeing some progress. I have only used it for about three weeks. Before purchasing the products, I already had a somewhat decent beard with light growth areas I am hoping to fill, but my growth speed feels faster than before. So I might update my review as I continue to use the product.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I placed what I believed was a single $60 order, only to wake up the next morning to an unauthorized $93 charge on my account. At no point did I agree to a subscription or recurring billing.
When I reached out to customer support, I requested an immediate cancellation and refund for the unauthorized charge, but the process has been frustrating and unclear. The products themselves weren’t effective for me, and the unexpected billing made the situation even worse.
If this cannot be resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution, double-check for hidden subscriptions, and be mindful of unexpected charges.
Unwanted subscription
I ordered products a found out they signed me up for a subscription. Do not trust.
FRAUD
DONT BUY! When you buy a 1 time item, the company signs you up for a subscription behind your back without telling you. They then make it impossible to cancel the order and will just keep charging you forever. If you email them and telling them that you wan't your order canceled, they will continue to charge your card anyways, and keep the subscription. Just don't use this SHIT company.

The Beard Club Doesn’t Offer Any Replacements If Something Breaks On Your Trimmer - Beware Don’t Waste Your Money…
I bought a beard club T-Blade at…
I bought a beard club T-Blade at Walmart. Aslight bump on the counter broke the blade.
After numerous attempts to get a replacement blade I gave up.
Customer service is terrible, kept asking for order number when I told them over and over that it was bought at Walmart.
Apparently they don't replace blades but said they would send one if I confirm I bought it. Apparently bank statements showing it doesn't count.
Terrible product if it breaks and even worse customers service
