It was much smaller and not very robust…
It was much smaller and not very robust for a shopping basket. It was also lob sided so I’m returning it.

Nice basket for our two mini dachshunds…
Nice basket for our two mini dachshunds for a pit stop in the kitchen whilst I’m cooking. Dogs took to it straight away although I did put some double vet bed in it, which they like and removed the cushion. I’m sure the cushion might be used when it warmer.

Lovely, robust, very well made basket. Amazing customer service when I wanted to exchange the basket for the smaller size. Very prompt replies to emails, prompt collection. Overall a great buying experience.

Fantastic service all round
I ordered the wrong size log basket and contacted the company for an exchange. The response was swift and very clear instructions.
The company were brilliant and efficiently sorted everything out and so good to see quick responses.
Also, the log basket is beautifully stylish and really well made.

A beautifully made basket perfect for our needs (maximising wasted space in the top of a wardrobe). The lining means delicate clothes don’t snag. Good choice of dimensions, will be purchasing more.
