I ordered some Aussie treats for Christmas for my family, to be delivered to me in NYC. The package was shipped fast and landed in the US quickly. When the US delivery company failed to deliver I emailed the company and they responded immediately. They tracked the parcel from their side and then sent me clear instructions on how to find the parcel from my side. It took me 5 minutes to find it and I got the parcel the same day. So easy!! Excellent service and so appreciated!!

Ordering was easy and Item and pricing were very clear, as was postage choices ! Tracking was great, all the way through, although a little less so once in the UK. Delivery was exceptional and even arrived earlier than expected. All in all I'm extremely happy with the service.
However, I won't be using too often as being a senior citizen it is a very expensive way of buying my tea bags! Nonetheless, grateful that I was able too this one time. Thank you
