I just liked how easy it was to order…

U know I really hate being lied to I payed for 1 to 2 day shipping and they now are telling me my stuff won't be here till the 11th this is seriously bulls..hit.....this is not ok.....u guys need to fix this.....I will not change this review till u guys fix this.....

** Edited** Hi again, sorry to hear you're disappointed with our shipping service! I just looked into your order to get to the bottom of this.

Your order was placed on Friday, April 7th to go 2nd-day air via UPS. As noted on our website, 2nd day delivery means it will be delivered within 2-3 business days. (3 business days in case your order is placed after UPS's afternoon cut-off and we cannot get it out same day, this did NOT happen in your case).

We shipped your order out on Friday April 7th via UPS and according to their tracking information, it will be delivered Tuesday, April 11th. This is the second business day after you ordered so currently everything is on schedule per your original order. We never like to have disappointed customers though so we'll reach out via email to work with you directly!

Awesome Amber

I recently tried amber incense and loved it. I bought Obsession on the recommendation of two friends. I was not diappointed. It is exactly the scent I've been looking for!

Never received my package

Never received my package. Also have not recieved my refund. All in all bad

Thanks for your review and sorry you were disappointed with our service. I looked into it and we shipped your order in two packages.

USPS tracking information says the first was delivered to your mailbox on December 31, 2022, at 11:16 am, and the second on January 3, 2023, at 3:53 pm. While an odd package does sometimes go missing, it's very unusual that two packages that came on different days both went missing.

We are having USPS investigate to see if there's an issue with the delivery or driver. In the meantime, we have contacted you via email for next steps.

Easy to use website.

Easy to use website.
Obviously buying a product like this - I got the men's cologne samples - is tricky but I found the descriptions extremely helpful which in fact is why I chose to give them a try.
They're a gift for someone who travels a lot and likes sample size for ease of packing.

The Aromi Made Things Right

Each Christmas, I splurge and purchase a new bottle of cologne for myself. I've had my eye on Dior's Homme Intense all year. I had smelled it on a colleague last Christmas and fell in love with its deep and complex scent. This was my first purchase from Aromi, and while initially it was bumpy, their Customer Service made sure that I was satisfied. I decided to go with the Aromi over the site I typically use because of both the reviews and the price. I was excited the day I came home to find it had arrived. My excitement deflated into disappointment the moment I opened the package to see that the product was damaged. I was immediately in touch with the Aromi customer service. Unfortunately, a misunderstanding kept me from beginning initially satisfied; however, the company went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and a few days later a new shipment arrived. I got to feel that excitement for a second time, and, thankfully, the product was in perfect condition. The Aromi also compensated me with discount which, while unnecessary, was very much appreciated. I will be purchasing all of my scent purchases from them in the future.
