Dan Cross was the agent we were buying from. He was far more useful as a contact than the agent I was selling through, as he addressed many of our worries and concerns that were outside his remit. We cannot recommend Mark highly enough. He has successfully sold three houses for our family over the years, and each experience has been exceptional from start to finish.

I honestly cannot recommend Sian highly enough. She has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did to sell our house.

After having the big high-street estate agents involved and getting nowhere, Sian stepped in and achieved what they simply couldn’t. The difference was unbelievable. She was proactive, determined, professional and genuinely cared about getting our sale completed.

Sian didn’t just put our house on the market and wait for things to happen — she made things happen. She chased people, pushed things forward and followed up every single day. She never stopped! She was constantly on top of everything and did everything within her power to keep the sale moving even when she was on a day off or on holiday.

What really amazed us was her availability and commitment. Sian answered the phone at all hours, and she WhatsApped us at all hours of the day and night. There genuinely didn’t seem to be a time when she wasn’t working to get our sale through. Even outside normal working hours, she was there, responding, chasing, updating and pushing everyone involved. Her dedication was incredible.

She went above and beyond in every possible way. We never felt like just another number or another property on her books. Sian genuinely cared about us and our sale, and she treated it as though it was as important to her as it was to us.

After our experience with the big high-street agents, the difference with Sian was absolutely huge. She was so much better than them. Where they couldn’t get the job done, Sian took control, chased relentlessly and kept pushing until we finally got the result we wanted.

Selling a house can be incredibly stressful, but having someone like Sian fighting your corner makes such a difference. Her communication, determination, persistence and work ethic are second to none. She simply never stopped until the job was done.

We genuinely cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us. She worked unbelievably hard, went far beyond what we expected and ultimately sold our house when the bigger agents couldn’t.

Terrible service

Ive called up 3 times this week regarding a property I would like to view in Crawley, West Sussex

Each time I was advised someone would call me back but never did

I feel sorry for the sellers as they are clearly not getting viewings booked in

When I first asked Tracey & Iain Fisher if they could assist me with selling my late sister’s property I was aware I was being really cheeky as it was located outside their usual south Norfolk area of business. However, as others have found, Tracey is not your usual estate agent - and as I had not been through the house selling process for nearly 30 years, I was going to need help! Thankfully she agreed!

Tracey’s intelligently worded narrative for promoting the house was a most refreshing change from the often churned out phrases from many companies, and this made it clear she had taken time studying not only the house, but the surroundings as well.

Probably the worst estate agent I have ever heard of or dealt with. Barely told us anything about the property itself and when we asked follow up questions, he would just ignore us completely. More interested in his social media post and TikTok followers! Would never use TAUK again because of this.
