The Irish lad I talked to was absolutely amazing couldn't recommend dealing with these enough, made me feel at ease and nothing was an issue.fast aswel I was insured in about 5 min.

I recently got my car insurance with AA…

I recently got my car insurance with AA and i highly couldn’t recommend the gentleman artur enough he was patient with me over the phone very clear and professional and extremely helpful it was a great experience thank you for making it so easy for me and your patients I would highly recommend artur

Good agents, appalling website and app

The AA agents are very nice and very helpful, and rates are competitive. But the AA website and mobile apps are absolutely appalling - they appear to have been written by fifty 5 year olds that know nothing about insurance or computing and that never communicated with each other. I don't know how the AA CEO is not mortified over being associated with this... I don't even know what to call it without being rude.

Misleading information from aa…

Misleading information from aa breakdown if vechile breakdown after 6 pm they say collect vechile tomarach my van wheel came loose lost 2 wheel bolts came loose all the fitter done on monday mourning took 1 wheel bolt of back left wheel put on the front left wheel which left 3 wheel bolt on each wheel texted repair done no need of a tow was in westport on monday poor customer service they wont collect the van to bring to nearest garage even rbougj i paid 219 euro package vreakdown assistance i was told van picked up. Between 7 and 8 am.monday mourning by tuesday van .still wasnt collected even tbough on 5 suro say 24/ 7 cocarage not true

Leaving a vehicle with insufficient bolts is certainly not the level of service we aim to deliver, especially after purchasing a comprehensive assistance package. We are taking immediate steps to review this incident with our roadside team and dispatch partners to understand why the promised morning pickup was missed and to ensure our temporary repairs always meet strict safety standards. Your experience highlights areas where our service fell short, and we are actively working to refine our procedures so that help arrives promptly and safely when needed.

Absolutely awful service

Absolutely awful service. It was impossible for me to cancel my car insurance policy and after more than 5 phonecalls explicitly telling them I wanted to cancel my breakdown assistance they are still taking money from my bank account. I was told that there was a record of me asking to cancel and that I probably won't get a refund even though I told them 2 months prior to my policy ending. This is a scam. They are taking money from my account and I have told them on multiple phone calls I was cancelling. Avoid at all costs.

Having this unresolved despite your previous calls is not the standard of service we aim to provide.
