Great service at a great price

I was with AA for my car insurance for a year and the experience was nothing short of horrendous. From the first month I had to call to make my payments and they continuously brushed off that the fault was on their behalf. This resulted in me calling them every month at least three times to sort out my insurance.
Now, since June I am no longer a customer however they have continued to take money out of my account despite me calling five separate times to try to resolve the issue and get my money back.
They are awful to deal with and haven’t got a clue. I would never recommend them to anyone. So disappointed with the treatment that I received.

The outbound sales team member Dean got straight to the point. Very professional and personable from the start. I explained my circumstances and the AA was the first insurer I got a quote from. Dean went through a few routine questions with me and secured the sale. However due to issues with payment over the phone (mobile reception not the best) I had to get a further callback and dealt with Rihanna. Very profession team, knowledgeable,professional and courteous. It was first and last call on insuring my call and I had resigned to spending a couple of hours filling out online forms on various insurers websites. Both Dean and Rihanna made it very easy to do business and they're both a credit to the AA.

Jack was very helpful in assisting me with my car insurance policy change today. It was quick and easy to get sorted. Would recommend to friends to go with AA car insurance as they provide great customer service.

I had always thought that AA membership was something that only other people had. Something from a bygone age of gentlemen drivers of inherently unreliable cars. I was wrong. Recently I received membership as part of a new car purchase deal. My mind has been changed. The new car wasn't the problem; more my son's ten year old banger. Thankfully its not the vehicle that's covered, its the driver. I didn't know that. Anyway - Tow truck came and the ending was happy. Well done Fernando & the AA!

Just got car insurance for the year with the AA. I got a quote online but called this morning to finalise over the phone. The customer service guy Taylor helped me purchase the policy and was very helpful. I submitted the requested document and within 20 minutes I already had my new insurance disc. The process was very easy and painless.

I was very happy with the AA Assurance rescue service. The technician arrived on time, quickly identified the issue as the 12V battery after my car had been parked for 15 days while I was travelling, and got the car started using a powerful booster. He also advised me to drive the car immediately to recharge the battery. Very professional, quick, and helpful service. Thank you!

The aa are very excellent service tgey were very helpful and kind andctge aa member who rescued me very good with my children . Honestly was a lovely experience and aa fixed my problem fast. I would recommend aa insurance and car breakdown service to everyone.
