Customer service was excellent and highly responsive, my husband and I both received our monitors within 14 days (from within Europe). We've only set up one so far but it functions very well! No regrets!

Bad business practices, they ghost their kickstarter supporters, and have a site in which they copied the layout of trustpilot and only show good reviews they get, while hiding all the bad ones. Do your own research and get one that actually can be trusted.

I'm in Colombia and I made my purchase before reading all these terrifying reviews, to be honest, I was so afraid about being a victim of a fraud. So, I patiently wait for my delivery and finally arrived. I think I was lucky for it, mostly because when I received the DHL details for my monitor, said "Screen Protector from Hong Kong"... however, the Flex Pro 14 arrived, I think they change those details to pay less taxes.
The dual monitor and the box don't have the logo as the website shows, so, I think the website it's just the hook. Oh! another fact is the website mention about 3 days delivery but it's not, it will take more days until they "delivery" the monitor to DHL which is not true because your purchase will come from Hong Kong directly and according with your country, you will pay taxes to DHL eventually.
In addition, I work with a Macbook Air 13" and the resolution for the Flex Pro is not so awesome, I thought to ask for the 14 days warranty but I think this would be tempting fate unnecessarily. So, I'm trying to sell this one trying to get my money back which obviously will not be the 389 dollars + taxes.

I was the lucky one who got the monitors (Flex Pro 15,6”)!
And I really enjoy to use them!
It was easy to connect them with my laptop.
And they look professional!

I read the TrustPilot the day after the purchase, and were sure, i can forgot the monitors.
Nevertheless, i wrote directly to the customerservice, and told them that if they have problems with delivery, I prefer my money back.
To my surprise i got the friendly-polite answer from them next day, where they promise to post it beginning of the week.
I needed to send another reminder, and two days after that I got info, that DHL is handling the parcel.

It took 2,5weeks to DHL to deliver it!
Till I finally got it yesterday!

Arnaque totale.. Kickstarter depuis le départ, je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande et j'ai été débité.. Impossible de se faire rembourser et ils osent faire de la pub encore avec des promos halloween... À fuir

J'ai reçu le Flex pro 15,6" après plus de 3 semaines de délais contre quelques jours annoncés. Le produit était soi-disant bloqué à la douane, ce que j'entends mais je n'ai jamais été tenu au courant de la situation.
Aujourd'hui je m'aperçois que le produit ne me convient pas et demande un retour. Le service client refuse ma demande et ne me donne plus de nouvelles alors que je suis dans mon droit de rétractation de 14 jours. J'ai relancé le service des dizaines de fois mais sans réponses. A quoi sert la loi et le délai légal de rétractation ?
Expérience décevante...

In July 2022 I ordered a monitor from Portably and on the same day I was informed that the delivery would take longer due to delivery problems with the parts. They asked for another 2 months. After two months for another 6-8 weeks, after 8 weeks there was no more information when they would come. I gave them another 15 days, then withdrew my order. I got a confirmation, but I didn’t get my money or the monitors. ….. The CEO has never contacted me and nobody will. And if they do, they won't reply. It is inconceivable that the Meta Group does not block the adverts despite repeated reports.

Totally Scam. I ordered since slidenjoy never got any monitor.

Unethical business practices and extremley poor communication, don't owner Money back guarantee which they have published on their website, No mechanism to return them item. they will send you faulty item after months of waiting from Hong-kong and that's it , they will disappear with your money . its extremely poor, not sure how they are allowed to sell and getting away with this so many threads around this scam on reddit and other places.

I rather impulsively ordered the Flex Pro 14". Shorty after, I read a few of the (negative) reviews on Trustpilot regarding shipping, no delivery and poor service. Based on these reviews I considered myself to have been reckless and scammed. The next day I received a track and trace code which gave me some hope. Two weeks later I received the monitor (shipped to the Netherlands). I am typing this on one of the two screens. It works great, even without the driver installed (due to company laptop restrictions). I am sorry to hear of the negative experience people have had. However, I can only be positive and happy with my screens.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEIR RETURN POLICY IS VERY MISLEADING. YOU CANT TALK TO ANYBODY. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!!!

The support ist so useless. It took longer than expected. The product is bugging a lot. Sometimes it doesn't even startup. It's by far not bright enough for work and the stand is useless.

J’ai passé commande en 2020 pour mes 30 ans et je n’ai jamais vu la couleur du produit.
Le service client m’a trimbalé de mensonges en mensonges me promettant un envoi prochainement qui n’est jamais arrivé.
Le site a changé plusieurs fois de domaine et mon compte client a été supprimé.
Plus personne ne répond à mes requêtes.
Bref vous l’avez compris, n’achetez rien auprès d’eux car vous n’aurez ni votre produit, ni un remboursement.
C’est une arnaque.

Bonjour, J'ai déposé plainte et suis en contact avec l'avocat/curateur, en charge du dossier et qui assure notre défense. Déposez une déclaration de créance contre cette entreprise sur REGSOL. Aux plus nous sommes à porter plainte, au plus nous augmentons nos chances qu'ils nous remboursent vu qu'ils essayent d'échapper à la justice.

I placed an order nearly two years ago and paid around €700, but I never received the product! Back then, the domain was portabl.com, which has a dismal 1.2 rating on Trustpilot (you can still find it with that name in Trustpilot). Since then, they've changed the company name and website.

I used to have an account showing my pending order, but a few months ago, they wiped out all old accounts. Now, I can't even log in, and my pending order has mysteriously disappeared.

To top it off, their support has completely ghosted me. No responses, no product, and no refund.

This site is very much a scam. It is a copy from portabl.com and slidenjoy... all of which I have had the same experience. I have been told for years now my monitor is coming, and they still insisted so in chat (I have all the transcripts) until they moved to this new platform which no longer responds to any queries. AVOID! It is a lot of money to risk and you are better off gambling it at a casino. Plenty of better products and brands out there!

J'ai vécu la meme experience que des centaines d'autres clients dont je viens de lire le récit ici, j'ai initialement acheté l'un des produits de la marque alors qu'il était encore en précommande (un double écran retractable) le 7 mai 2017 oui vous avez bien lu , il y a 7ans!!!

Depuis je me démène chaque jours pour réussir a obtenir le remboursement de ma commande. L'entreprise a changé plusieurs fois de nom et d'adresse internet pour éviter la mauvaise pub, mais portable monitor était initialement Slidenjoy.
Cette entreprise est sincèrement malhonnête depuis le debut en cherchant a mentir et a dissimuler la mérité. A chaque fois que j'ai pu les contacter ils m'ont raconter un nouveau mensonge pour justifier de leur 7 ans de retard sur ma commande. J'ai meme échangé par telephone avec l'un des cofondateur actuel (Charlee Jeunehomme) qui m'a assuré que tout serait fait dans les meilleurs délais pour procéder a mon remboursement.
Je trouve ca choquant que de nos jours une marque puisse, réussir impunément a mentir de façon éhonté a ces clients et se soustraire a ces obligation de rembourser ou livrer ces clients tout en continuant ces activités.
Aujourd'hui le produit continu a se vendre sur amazon et sur leur site web et pourtant ils prétextent ne pas réussir a me livrer ou a être débordé pour pouvoir me rembourser ma commande passé il y a 7ans...
J'invite les autres clients comme moi a se mettre en contacte sur un groupe Facebook pour créer une class action car il n'y a que comme ca visiblement que les choses bougeront pour les mettre face a leurs obligations et responsabilité.

Donc avis a toute nouvelle personne intéressé par un de leur produit: fuyez, vous ne receverez jamais votre produit.
