The Laser Boutique Anmeldelser

I contacted this company before placing my order specifically to check whether what I wanted was possible, as I wanted to avoid any issues with the order. I was reassured that it was possible and that a note would be added to my order.

I then paid a significant amount extra to use their express service, as this was intended as a 60th birthday present and I needed it to arrive promptly.

Unfortunately, when the order arrived, it was wrong – exactly as I had been concerned it might be. I contacted the company by email to explain the issue, as there is no phone number available to speak to someone directly. I explained the issue but was asked - What is the issue?

I have since sent several follow-up emails clearly explaining the problem and have now heard nothing back for a couple of days.

I am extremely disappointed. I went out of my way to contact the company beforehand, was reassured that my request could be accommodated, paid extra for express delivery, and yet the order still arrived incorrectly. To then receive virtually no customer service or response when trying to resolve the issue is incredibly frustrating.

The product was absolutely lovely and the personalisation was done so quickly and looked perfect. It made the perfect gift!

Awesome service - placed my order then decided I’d like to order more products- wasn’t confident I’d receive a response and anticipated my email request sitting in an inbox for days. However - super fast response with a personal call. I was able to add to my order, saving additional postage and my request was fulfilled immediately. Great service & communication in a world where we often are left hanging - Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Purchased a Wedding Countdown slate plaque for friends. I was very pleased with it, quality was excellent & my friends loved it. Would definitely purchase from Laser Boutique again.

Great quality, super fast service, could not recommend more. Thank you

A really unusual enamel butter dish which will appeal to real butter lovers and cooks alike. High quality item with a witty message on the wooden lid. The laser work is clear and crisp. If you're looking for an unusual gift, this is it.

Absolutely beautiful work on my order. I ordered 2 butter knife’s and they were delivered so quickly and they look amazing

Item is nice, however, the item was packaged in a confectionary box. Was not very professional.

Great communication from Laser Boutique. Prompt delivery of items and product quality was fabulous. Loved the first set so much we immediately ordered a second set to keep for ourselves.

We bought coasters personalised for my daughter’s family. They were really beautiful. So we ordered some for ourselves. We love natural wood anyway but the etching has been carved in beautifully with all our names. Absolutely love them.

We ordered the product on the weekend. First working day it was completed and shipped and came faster than projected times. Wonderful gift, high quality, just what we were looking for and all the benefits of supporting a local business! Win.

So pleased with the gardeners bag I purchased for my sister. Very good quality and excellent durable material. Company very proactive with enquiries, and dealt with my issue with delivery, which was not their fault at all. Totally recommended. I may have to visit their website again!!! Thank you x
