I placed an order on this website on April 27. After three weeks, I contacted the company because I still had not received my package. Shortly afterward, I received a message claiming that I had to pay an outrageously high customs fee, even though such a charge does not legally apply in my case.

I contacted the company about this, and they informed me that the message was a scam. I therefore requested a full refund for my order. Since then, they have done nothing but give me excuses and delay the process.

This is a huge scam, and I strongly advise others to be extremely careful when dealing with this company.

Really poor customer service. No returns info in package. Tried messaging on facebook and emailing but no reply as they clearly can't be bothered. The clothing is good quality but if it doesn't fit you properly you're goosed for returning and trying to get a refund or replacement. It's a shame really as I wanted to order some other bits and only ordered a couple of pieces as I've never heard of the company before

Wrong colour was sent out. But it was fixed within a couple of days and even my postage I had paid returned to me without even asking. Great customer service.

First time ordering from Honey Hut. The girls have been very fast at replying to emails. I had an issue with the zip on my outfit. They were really understanding and have agreed to a full refund. The company usually only offer credit note refunds so I was very grateful for their flexibility and understanding. Thanks Honey Hut x

I bought an outfit from here for my hen do that was on pre order unfortunately when it came it didn’t fit me I emailed to see if this could be returned and they got back to me within a day or so saying that was fine and the refund was issued within days from me sending back! I would definitely order again from here

Bought so much from Abbie & Megan the quality of the items are amazing. I’ve been buying from them since they started. Can’t wait for the new summer collection. These girls are truly amazing and bring the most amazing clothes. Couldn’t think of 2 of the nicer people to deserve this ✨
