My recent attempt to utilize the services of Getter Concierge Spain for planning a trip ended up being an exercise in frustration and disappointment. Despite initially seeming promising, my encounter left much to be desired.

Upon reaching out to the concierge service, I was connected with an employee named Ignacio. While Ignacio appeared courteous and willing to assist, his promise to return my call within the hour was unfulfilled. Despite patiently waiting, I never received any follow-up communication from him. This lack of responsiveness was certainly disappointing, especially considering the expectations set from the other reviews as well as a friends experience with them.

Attempting to seek further assistance, I dialed the number provided, which claimed 24x7 availability. However, my efforts were in vain as the phone rang incessantly without anyone picking up. This lack of responsiveness and unavailability further exacerbated my frustration and cast doubt on the reliability of the service.

Suffice it to say, I will be looking into other companies for planning my trip to Spain.

By far, one of the most professional and outstanding concierge travel services I have ever encountered. Every aspect of the trip to Ibiza went smoothy. Moreover, my wife and I put many last minute, stressful demands on the team. We are not easy clients:) That said, Getter handled everything effortlessly, providing us the best access and service. The team knows everyone on the island, and is willing to use every connection to make their clients trip unforgettable. I just don't know when they sleep? They seem to have been available on phone, or WhatsApp, literally 24/7!

From start to finish, The Getter offered us the most intimate and amazing time in Barcelona earlier this year. The attention to detail and customer service was unlike anything we have ever experienced. We highly recommend The Getter for a once in a lifetime experience in Spain.

We had the BEST time in Spain! Our tour guide, Xavier, was so fantastic that he felt like family at the end of our trip. Every restaurant, museum, hotel, and experience was perfectly tailored to our preferences. The Getter Concierge took all the stress out of planning and made it the trip of a lifetime!

My wife and I are well-traveled folks from NYC. We were referred to Ignacio by a friend of ours who is a uber high-end travel agent in the United States and said he is "the man" you need to speak to regarding planning our trip to the Basque Country in Spain. Boy was she ever spot on. From the hotels in San Sebastian and Bilbao to the restaurants to the most interesting private vineyard tours in Rioja to the top notch private guides and drivers, Ignacio hit all marks AND was reasonably priced too considering all he delivered. Can't recommend him more for a trip to Spain.

Basically, one of my best ever trips! Thanks to all the team for organizing our holidays, specially handling the special surprise to my wife for her birthday! Amazing !!
