Our mother decided to sell her house and give away most of the family items. I needed a company to help me get my goods from Pa, USA to the UK.
Reliable Van & Storage came highly recommended. It turns out the process is a collaboration of teams which in this case include Renee Fernandez at RVS in the USA, Jordan Cox at SeaAvia for import and Frankie Hand at EuroGroup to manage the arrival and delivery of goods to our door. All did a sterling job!
I wanted to thank you all for the excellent service and communication. Thank you for answering my unending questions, dealing with my stress and lack of knowledge. Thank you to the team that supports you, your drivers were lovely and very helpful as well. All the boxes arrived in good condition, as the majority were breakables it is a relief to see all has arrived in good order.
We definitely would not hesitate to use your service again.
What could have been done better? Very minor but helpful, Use 'What Three Words' app to assist drivers with locating the client's exact location. Saves everyone time since Sat Nav's are not always informed enough.

I would like to just thank your company for the quick and efficient way in which the offloading of our container happened, and for collecting the debris on Friday.
Your service has been excellent and we would recommend both you and Brytons to any future movers.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Frankie Hand who from the outset has been nothing but totally professional assisting me at every turn. Unfortunately we had a hold up at the port that resulted in demarage and storage certainly not your fault but Frankie has updated, kept me informed and assisted me at every step managing a number of destination and date changes on myside. There have been done damages to my consignment which I will list today but again, support from Frankie. The delivery team added to the experience unloading a full and heavy consignment with smiles and great energy. Would I recommend and use you again, without question.

I have recently moved from the West Coast of the US (SEATTLE) to Battle, East Sussex in the UK. My experience with the whole and what seemed never ending ordeal due to Covid, port problems etc seemed endless. But in the end all went smoothly and Eurogroup especially Frankie Hand who had immense patience putting up with my never ending emails bombarding her practically daily was probably the highlight of this ordeal. I recommend Eurogroup to anyone moving across the world.

Absolutely awful!! If you’re thinking of using this company, do not! Extremely unresponsive and slow with any information, some times wouldn’t even receive an email back at all!! They held our stuff in storage until we were ready to receive it. Then once we emailed them to ask them to deliver our stuff, it took them 2 months to deliver our stuff and charged us for those two months, even though it was out of our hands. Throughout the whole time they had our stuff, there was basically no updates and no responses and we had no idea when our stuff was coming or anything. When we finally got a response about the time it would be coming (the day before it delivery date) the only same frame we got was “in the pm”. So we took a day off work to be here when it gets here and the day of, we get an email saying it’s not coming anymore!! Which was beyond annoying!! Then when I call, the customer service is just atrocious, no one knows what’s going on and no one knows anything to update me with! I would advice you so so strongly never to use this company!

We have recently moved from the UK to Kuwait on a military assignment. Eurogroup, subcontracted by Agility, packed and shipped our belongings and then later collected our furniture for storage.
From the beginning they were unprofessional. They sent only two guys to pack up a four bedroom house. These men were, by their own admission, under a lot of pressure to get to their next job. they were so rushed that they literally threw our belongings into boxes with no packaging. Every single thing we have unpacked this end is damaged in some way. Pictures just put into a box with no packaging between them, all frames are ruined. Crystal glasses just put into a box with large items, glasses are broken etc etc. I am absolutely heartbroken at the disregard shown to our personal items. The packers were also rude and quite clearly annoyed that we had so much to pack. Actually, we ended up being 4 cubic metres underneath our allowance due to them being unable to get the huge lorry into our cul de sac. They sent a double artic with the two 'packers' and then were planning on sending another lorry to collect it! A complete farce. Clearly a company that have made so many cuts that they are operating in an ineffective way.
On collection of our furniture for storage it was a similar affair. Our brand new kitchen floor was damaged by them which they are now denying.
On complaining to the company my husband is being met with the reluctance to hold any accountability for their failings and blatant disregard for the entire situation.
If you are moving, and considering using this company, I absolutely advise against it. Do not use them.

I'm not able to give zero stars. In brief:
Charged us £3,000 once our shipment arrived in the UK despite us already paying the £10,000 total in the country of origin for the full service.
Held us to ransom until we paid, charging us a daily rental charge until we did.
Did not liaise with the original shippers.
Lied about the date of arrival of our shipment and charged us excessive amounts of quay rental fees and demurrage. Held us to ransom until we paid.
Failed to answer or acknowledge any of our queries.
Provided us with broken furniture, glued back together including sofa legs. Specifically unwrapped only the broken items but did not point out the breaks so that we would sign off on them. Did not unwrap any further boxes.
Lied about customs entry. Refused to provide forms.
Failed to remove our shipment from the quayside accruing over month of rental fees. Did not communicate this until after the fact, cited problems with covid and lack of drivers. Blackmailed us into footing the bill. Opportunists seeing a chance to claw back lost revenue by fleecing customers.
We did not pick Eurogroup, we chose another company who used Eurogroup. There is really nothing positive to say about the customer service or any element of their business. Appalling, dishonest and downright criminal. Avoid like the plague.

Our Move from Singapore to London has been totally hassle free! Frankie has been absolutely brilliant. She managed end to end and kept us upto date. All the boxes came through in a perfect condition as well. Would certainly recommend! Thanks Frankie and the team!

I moved from the US to the UK during the Covid-19 pandemic when transport logistics had become more difficult. My movers (Atlantic Relocation in the US and Eurogroup International in the UK) were both superb in overcoming the difficulties. Ms. Frankie Hand in the UK was exceptional at keeping me informed of progress and the team that delivered & unpacked were awesome. I can recommend this company without reservation.

Very happy with the service the team in the UK provided and specifically Frankie Hand. She prioritized our delivery once it cleared customs and ensured our items are delivered in excellent condition.
Moreover, She always responded to my calls and follow up requests on time

This only has one star as I cannot choose no stars!
My experience with them has been horrendous and is still ongoing. We moved back from Bahrain and Eurogroup are the UK agent for GAC Bahrain. Our container was booked to be delivered 6th August at 9am, 9.45 we received a phone call saying the driver had been pinged so the delivery would not happen, after numerous phone calls and lots of excuses and the manager telling us his business is really struggling we were eventually given last Thursday but without a crew to unload which we accepted as we had family visiting who could help, it was then changed to Friday because of drivers, 2 days before it was due it was cancelled again as the driver couldn't make it. It is now due tomorrow and we have just been informed that we still have no crew! All our family have gone home so we cannot accept this. During all this we are also responsible for the storage charges at the port. Its been a complete shambles from start to finish

We shipped our belongings from the USA to the UK. After a terrible experience with the company on the USA side (Baron Worldwide) we were fearing more of the same. To our relief Eurogroup were informative, responsive and above all actually cared about their customers. Even with events they couldn’t control, Frankie Hand took the time to keep us updated which was greatly appreciated.

I cannot recommend Eurogroup enough for their professionalism and their service. In particular Frankie Hand went above and beyond her call of duty to not only accommodate my request but also to action it in the time I requested.

Excellent service from Frankie and her team, the gentlemen who delivered my contents were so incredible and professional! They really went the extra mile!!! Thanks again A++++++

What can I say….an absolutely amazing company! Miss Frankie Hand sorted everything for my parents, always there to help them with any queries. My parents can’t sing the companies praises enough, thank you all so much!

I arranged with EuroGroup to move a small consignment of shipping from the UK to Israel following a work move and shipping was due to arrive the first week of July 2021.

Collection in early May was fine and communication although slow at times, was eventually responded to. However, since my goods were collected, I have heard almost nothing and many of my numerous telephone messages and emails have gone unanswered. I am still waiting for confirmation that my shipping has actually left the UK!!

I have arrived in Israel and I have had to buy many of the items contained in my shipping which I need for my work and to live and I am still waiting to hear from EuroGroup.

Please accept my apologies for the delay in sending a great big “Thank you” to all of you. We are so grateful for the way your companies handled our move and truly appreciate the personal approach to our very emotional process. We found dealing with all of you to be professional, understanding and helpful every step of the way even with minor glitches you have proved to be heads and shoulders above your competitors in your industry.

I have heard of so many stories of stolen, broken and damaged goods that I just closed my eyes and trusted that everyone in the process would be honorable and gentle with our “memories” and that they were, not one single item was damaged or broken and all got to our new home thanks to all of you. You deserve big fat stars, all of you!!

Please extend our gratitude to every staff member that was involved from the packers, the transporters, the desk jockeys, drivers and support staff that made all of you have a positive outlook when dealing with our cargo on a daily basis.

Returning to the UK from Bahrain, the local agent's partner here in the UK was Eurogroup. Part of our belongings were sent by air because we needed them as quickly as possible and the remainder by sea. Both shipments were cleared and delivered to our home with an absolute minimum of fuss. Our contact in Eurogroup, Frankie, was always there to make sure we knew about any developments in the shipments and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Eurogroup to anyone looking to ship goods into the UK or abroad.

We moved back to the UK from New Zealand and the service from Eurogroup was fantastic. Both World moving in NZ and Eurogroup in the UK provided us a great personal service. We moved during Covid so things were very fluid and bookings on ships were cancelled or delayed a number of times but we kept up to date at all times. Once the container started its trip Frankie Hand was in touch with us throughout, arranged storage in the UK and delivery once we had settled. The guys that delivered our belongings were very diligent, friendly and took great care of the house and furniture. A great service and would definitely recommend.
