All our home DNA sampling kits are posted discreetly by Royal Mail first-class mail as standard or you can upgrade to Tracked/Guaranteed Next Day Delivery. For your ease, we can also send a separate sampling kit to another address should the test participants live apart.

We are UK based only, so by contacting us you will be dealing with UK based customer service and laboratories and we will never send your samples to other laboratories or overseas.
There are no hidden costs and our price includes all shipping to you and the subsequent return of the samples to us for processing. Orders can be placed via our website or by phone with a sampling kit shipped quickly and discreetly to the ordering party. Our standard DNA test takes 2 working days, or you can pay a little extra for a next-working day turnaround (from the time we receive all of the properly consented DNA test samples into our laboratory).
Our service includes the preparation and sending to you of a bespoke sampling kit, the return postage, the laboratory testing and reporting the results.
Please note that our at-home tests are for personal information only - this means that the results will not be accepted in UK courts, Births Corrections Office, the Child Maintenance Service or any other legal body. Fast service and quick results
Fast service and quick results. Only issue we had was couldn’t log on to the website to get the results but just sent an email and received the results as a PDF attachment really promptly. Highly recommend.

DNA testing to determine if my supposed fraternal twins were in fact identical.
The process from start to finish was simple. Easy to navigate online. I was given a date and time for when to expect the results and the delivered earlier than this. The report was comprehensive and stated that my twins were identical without having to navigate the DNA breakdown.

A Good Experience
A good experience for me. I was impressed by the whole procedure start to finish. I emailed the company first as one of the subjects for the DNA test lived in a different part of the country. They got back to me straightaway and explained the procedure for this. The tests arrived next day and were both sent back the same day. I got a email to say that both tests had arrived at their base and would be processed in due course. The results were delayed because of the Easter Bank Holiday weekend, but this was no fault of the company. I am delighted with the whole process and would highly recommend this to anyone seeking DNA testing.
