We appreciated the help of salesperson Andy who answered all our questions there and then, or sought the answers and came back to us. We were made to feel welcome and enjoyed our visit.

Very well presented by Andy, who answered all our questions. We were impressed by the quality of the buildings, the way they are fitted out and the fact that they are carbon neutral.

We popped in without an appointment, and Rachael took time to talk to us and show us the units that are available. We fell in love with a four-bedroom home which unfortunately was beyond our budget. She was super helpful and we were extremely impressed with the quality of the build and the site itself.

Very friendly and helpful lady in attendance made the experience brilliant.

Visited Berry Croft to see the quality of the Thakeham build- all seemed great.,however the three bedroom houses (all that was left) were so small, made worse by a statutory enormous wheelchair -friendly loo in the hall - when the rest of the house is definitely not wheelchair friendly as far as we could see. No room downstairs to use as a bedroom, (only 2,rooms- kitchen/ diner and lounge). no room for a stairlift.

We were able to see all the properties within our budget and the time we had, Shelley was really friendly and answered all our questions. We immediately fell in love with the area when we arrived for the viewing. Great customer service

Rachael, the sales consultant at Manorwood in West Horsley was great to deal with, friendly, bubbly, welcoming and eager to help. The development itself looks a cut above the other developments in the area. It is well laid out with a good mix of houses and apartments and also has a sports centre. The build quality of the houses is also of a high standard and residents that I spoke to found the developer to considerately respond to any issue or concerns that are raised.

Was very informative and welcoming to the sales office. We keep coming back to Thakeham houses as our next home. Beautiful houses.

The homes feel very cosy and warm all with solar panels and air source heat pump. No Gas
The layout were functional but it would have been good if some of the house types offered living dining rather than kitchen dining.
Good quality built and fittings.

I really enjoyed looking around the 2 bedroom houses in this development, they are well proportioned and the gardens with a separate garage are a real bonus. The PV are good but I would like the battery included in the price. The kitchen diner to the with eye level double oven and small dishwasher are perfect for the house size and the combination boiler removes the water tank to have more storage space. I am keen to buy one as soon as funds allow.

All looked very nice.finised to a good standard unfortunately wouldn't suit us .feeling of being pend in although we are trying to downsize.the stairs is ok now. but could be a big problem to me in due course and won't be easy to install a stair lift.we are in our very late 70s .
